I don't think it will bother most people. I am sure if you spent more time shaving here and there you can make it look even closer. I think realistically, no one will see it as an eye sore. There are area in the car from the factory that isn't the best either.

Also, if you are taller than 6ft and have the seat further back it would also hide that area lol. I would say my driver side gap is the worst side. I took some photos for you so you can decide.

My usual setup and probably the most "noticeable" angle

Looks like there's a gap, which would be in line with other people's experiences here. Is that right?
If you shave the extra tabs it fits better

Hey @notorious9i6 / @Integra23,

Thx for the info / video guide.

I did this mode recently but I am getting a keyless error/ warning on the dash even though I transported the keyless module from the Acura glove box to the Honda one. And connected it back.

this might be related but I can’t find where this this extra cable connects to. In the middle of the picture it has a light gray connector on it.

do you recall a cable that was left unconnected?

There shouldn't be an unplugged cable. There is two of the keyless sensors in the console. One in the rear that had an extension cable running to it and another on the passenger side. Make sure both are connected.

Thanks! I recall seeing this. After plugging it back in everything is back to normal.

makes me think wearing a GoPro is probably not a bad idea when dealing with so many cables.

Hi,

Does anyone know what this harness is for? Looking at the notorious9i6 video, it looks like it came from factory. Can it be power for rear USB-C for A-Spec with Tech Package?

Yes, that's the USB harness, AKA 32114-T20-A40 - Sub-wire, Console (US). It connects to the center console light as well.

I see. I want to connect it to the USB-C (that I purchased separately). It seems like our car is missing a part of that harness that connects to USB?

Yeah, since the ITS doesn't have the USB ports that's missing, but you may be able to buy the A-Spec harness to use if the part you purchased is for that trim.

I'm installing the vents now and just tried this. The A-spec harness unfortunately will not work. The Type S only has a white 2-pin connector that connects to the front of the harness that runs along the center console storage box. The A-spec harness is meant to replace that harness along the box (and add USB) but has only this blue 12-pin connector at the front. The only 12-pin connector I see in that area of the car is the grey one with staggered pins.

Mikstore provides a 6 pin connector with the USB-C ports that's supposed to plug into the connector at the bottom left of the cabin fusebox. I have my homelink mirror plugged into that, but the homelink mirror harness has another connector just like that that's plugged with a dummy plug. I disconnected the dummy plug and plugged the Mikstore harness in and it works. The only thing (based on a pinout I saw somewhere) is I don't think the usb ports will light up at night if you go through the homelink mirror harness.

I'll do a more thorough test over the next and report here.

Thanks for sharing!
Bummer about A-spec harness  I ordered the harness and it should arrive in a few days. Another wrong part. Now I have two useless harnesses in my collection (32114-3K0-H00 and 32114-T20-A40).

Based on what you posted the only way to make the USB-C working is to buy the Mikstore harness. I think they don't sell it separately. But will check again.

They probably don't "officially" sell it separately but if you email them I'm sure they can work something out with you. I know they sell the USB-C kit and include it there, as well as with the vent kit. I'd imagine they have the harness laying around in a parts bin somewhere and probably account for situations where someone gets a bad harness or something.
