However, this pressure should not be directed downward; instead, it should be applied so that you need to move the actuator slightly counterclockwise while pressing against the valve to align the bolts properly.

In the videos I’ve watched, they only reset the actuator once and then proceed with installation without giving proper attention to the fact that there needs to be some spring pressure keeping the valve shut. Make sure to maintain this pressure to ensure a proper installation

It's a really great option for the DE5. I was able to pick the exhaust up from Invidia early on and installed it and then had the rear end cerakoted black. I made a flange for the OE muffler section to be able to bolt up to the Invidia piping and swap out mufflers whenever I feel like. I'm in California so scared to draw any attention.

Hi all, haven't checked the thread in a bit! Crazy busy the last 2 weeks, the exhaust really jumped in popularity. After Mike's setup that we installed here, the one in-stock unit was sold shortly after.
