I really appreciate this perspective, and honestly, I think you nailed the core issue better than most. I also appreciate you recognizing that communication can make a difficult situation much better.
As the owner of the business, I’m currently spending about 90–95% of my time handling customer...
Appreciate your support and thanks for understanding.
We’re definitely at the mercy of manufacturers and their ability to keep up with demand. Many are still dealing with raw material shortages and longer lead times, which makes it difficult to keep products in stock.
A lot of people think...
Hi there, I’m sorry for the delay and I understand your frustration.
I’m currently caught up on emails up to the past 3 days, so it’s possible your message was missed or pushed further back if there were multiple follow-ups in the same thread. We work through emails from oldest to newest, and...
Brandon, the EBC pads you ordered were on backorder, and during our request to substitute part of the order, the distributor misunderstood the change and shipped two front pad sets instead of one front and one rear set.
We’ve been working to correct this by arranging the return of the extra...
We’ll send stock from CAN to US if it’s really needed, otherwise it’s faster and easier to work with the manufacturers/distributors to ship direct.
The Wunderladen Street RMM became really popular in the last 6 months, so between dealer orders and their own, those sell out really quickly. Even...
They’ve been on backorder for some time, and ETA’s keep getting pushed up - looking at late May to early June for a new order. Before the backorder we delivered quite a few, and 4 people have reviewed them on our website so far...
We tried this out ourselves early on when the 11th Gen Civic, followed up by Integra released. The CTR mount alone makes a noticeable difference. There will be light NVH with the Whiteline Insert, but it works too.
It's not a bad mount, as we still have it on our FL1 and don't plan on changing it out. I just feel that it performs better with the 1.5T than it did with the 2.0T from my experience - could it be a weight thing, maybe power?
Great thread! I’m just getting back into mine after it spent a hundred days in winter storage. Went out for a 50-mile cruise yesterday, and while the Wunderladen Street RMM is still in break-in, there’s light vibration at idle. Doesn’t bother my spouse, that’s always a good thing :)
I’m going...
My FK8 was the original demo car for these, and since that car sold, my set of 76RR now lives on the FL5
18x10.5 +47 with 285/35 Conti DWS06+. Lowered on H&R’s currently, and also confirmed no rub with the more aggressive Swift Springs.
295/30 is doable as-is, and with Coilovers 305/30 is...
Just received these pictures back from our customer, he took my advice on the 18x10.5 +47 size for his 76RR, and ordered two sets simultaneously.
This current winter setup will run 275/35 Conti DWS06+, and the summer setup will have 275/35 Conti ECS 02. Lots of space for more tire...
80% of our customers are US based (larger population), and we've been able to navigate these tariffs pretty swiftly because the US will always be our focus. Larger population, higher discretionary spending, easier access to parts etc. Even our website is USD based, with CAD being the second...
What you pay at checkout is your all-in price :)
We handle all the brokerage, bring parts to our Toronto warehouse for all Canadian orders, and then it ships to you or is made available for local pickup.
We installed 10th Gen Si TEIN Flex Z on the Integra A-spec the same month the car was launched. They’re the right size diameter, and the ADS error canceller kit works.
If you’d like an in stock set, we’re holding ones at our US warehouse, and can bring it into Canada if we receive a Canadian order.
Gotta give vendors a few days man - 9th would be less than a week (you said two weeks in your original post), and if it's a nighttime order, then it would really be the 10th, so technically 3 business days of order processing.
Since it's arriving tomorrow I can bet that it departed from Hard...
