Yeah I figured its not a big deal, but being such a large investment, I tend to follow what the manufacturer says. Here is what Paragon has for the bed-in process.

Yeah they all say something different. I've never found two pad and rotor manufacturers that agree.

What they all agree on is that you should build heat gradually and then cruise to cool things down. You want the pads to reach their "operating temp" where they transfer material. Track pads tend to be much higher starting range (some as high as 500F or more), but street pads are usually 0F or maybe 100F for very sporty pads.

Just build heat gradually on the first drive and it'll go just fine. Don't overstress the specific speeds and the ambiguity of "moderate pressure".

My attempt to do calibrate the 360 outside. Too windy. Got frustrated and did what I could in my garage which isn’t long enough but at least stuff aren’t flying around .
