Had the EPS recall performed yesterday. Done in 30 minutes. Never had any symptoms, and the car feels exactly the same.

It was my first drive with the Acuity shifter and at first I felt like it was a bit too stiff, but by the time I got home it felt normal. It’s a nice upgrade and very slick piece of kit, but I also liked the stock shifter a lot. If it hadn’t been a gift, and knowing what I know now, I probably would have saved the money.

I've found the filter gets dirty in one specific area and is trashed within 6k miles in the Midwest (dustbowl).

I'll also comment that I'm taking back my previous comment about the aem engine air filter being a decent quality aftermarket filter. It's okay, but there's certainly dust getting past the seal and I suspect it will show up in my next oil analysis. I'm going back to oem paper.

They’re grey if they’re the carbon ones. Helps with bad smells (a little)

I swap mine every 2 years (I don’t drive much). Folks should swap yearly if asthma is a thing for them or frequent passenger.

I have a kid with asthma. It's a quarterly thing for us. Regardless of how much driving occurs.

I've noticed if I take more than 5months to swap a cabin filter when the air turns on he starts low-grade coughing during the drive. Home filter gets swapped every 2-3mo religiously, humidifiers are avoided like the plague, and air purifiers in every common area and his bedroom.

Brought it to my local Acura dealer for a transmission fluid change. I decided to make sure its recorded at the dealer for at least this one and then switch fluids to Amsoil. Did an oil change myself when I got home with Amsoil SignatureSeries. Its been a joy to own this ITS and its nothing but smiles for miles.
