Anyone else see the new 27Won catback? You can pair it with their downpipe, but I don’t know how their downpipe compares to others on the market.

They had a product announcement here but it seems to have disappeared..?

Weird, can't find the post.

It looks nice -- flanges, triple tips, retains the valve, etc.

I'm a little worried there might be drone, as I believe it's 3.25"(?).

Yeah that’s my feeling - on paper it checks all the boxes, and of course it’s advertised as no drone but I’m hesitant to be the guinea pig. Still it would be sweet to do a full, matching turboback system. Throw a tune on it and call it a day.

Edit: piping is advertised as 80mm which is ~3.15” so I’m not sure how much that would contribute to drone versus 3”.

Removed the q300 resonator and swapped it with a 3” in and 3” out fluid motor union megaphone

pops have grown diabolical about 5% of the time. Vehicle sounds proper at part throttle. Love it.

Nice! I'm planning on doing something similar with my new Remark setup, but not replacing a resonator. In fact I'm adding one bc I don't like the level of drone... Just a touch too high.

Then later I'll add a FMU megaphone to the front section right after the front pipe.

Got sound clips yet?

Installed a Remark SS exhaust today. It's a full 3" downpipe-back system (includes a high quality front pipe). Installation was very easy, with excellent fitment. The included hardware is decent quality zinc plated stuff, and the gaskets are excellent - nice and thick and the right compressible material. I got a leak-free installation on the first try.

Now, to the sound. It's amazing on the top end. Growls but also has a higher pitch harmonic that I was looking for, and is lacking from much of the JDM stuff. The not so good is that there is a little bit of drone. I am going to let it break in and then decide if I want to add in a vibrant resonator ahead of the existing Remark one. There's room for a bottle style for sure, and possibly an ultra-quiet variant. Will decide that later.

I am satisfied with the result as it's the look and sound I was seeking, and any drone can be easily addressed through the additional resonator if I decide I can't adapt to the new sound at lower RPMs. But again, the WOT sound is outstanding. Best I've heard on this platform.

Decided to add a resonator already. Too much drone for my taste, but again, great sound quality when ripping it.

Going with a Vibrant 17950, in the midsection after the front resonator.

Acura Integra What did you do to your Integra Type S today? πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ IMG_20251122_223620

First two revs in comfort. Next two in sport. The rest in sport plus.

Ordered Vibrant 1142 (Ultra Quiet) and 17950 (bottle) resonators which arrive tomorrow, and will see which of the two will fit in the space available. The UQ should technically be quieter than the bottle, but the bottle is much longer so it could be about the same. I bought both to up the odds of one of them fitting.

Will report in after!

Probably very similar at idle and part throttle. I’m sure the uq will be a hair better at calming down rasp and what not beyond 2.5k rpm

both solid choices imo

I'm going to call vibrant tomorrow and get their insights too.

I want to reduce drone as much as possible without overly deepening and rounding out the tone. I happen to like a higher pitch overall, and even a little gnarliness.... So long as it's not accompanied by deafening drone.
