I'm not sure about the prices now, but for the price of one of those knobs you could get a used HVAC unit with all 3 knobs intact from the HRV and 23+ Accord off of eBay.

Still a pricey proposition for aesthetics.
I believe I saw that the Accord knobs are black and compatible if you can find a junked/wrecked one or order online for cheaper

That’s not a bad idea. Once swapped you could always try to resell it with the chrome knobs, disclosing that oem is black, to recoup cost.

The 23+ Accord's volume control knob is also gloss black and matches the HVAC knobs, plus it's a little bigger in diameter also.

I recall that piece was absurdly priced for what it is. Like $50 or something before shipping and tax. If I knew what I knew now, I would have just sprayed the factory piece the same as I did with the other pieces instead of buying the Type R piece.

The paint has dried so I was eager to install these interior bits.

My interior is boring now LOL. But also just how I like it.

They should have come that color from factory. I don't mind the silver knobs, but the trim piece around the shifter has blinded me a few times...

That was actually one of the driving forces behind getting rid of the piano black and chrome.

which shift knob is that?
Dream Automotive Teardrop in gunmetal. Then some red enamel paint for the engraved shift pattern.
