I didn't realize DIY was an option. I'd MUCH prefer DIY vs. taking to a dealer. How do I get the kit & instructions? And how does this get recorded in the official service records so it shows as having been completed in Carfax, etc.?

here you will find all the part numbers of the TSB kit and the plug wrench you will need. The rest of the tools I got on Etsy by envision 3D auto. As far as it getting recorded, Im not concerned about it, im just happy that i know it was completed the right way, and my car didn’t get damaged in any way. I also hate dealing with the dealer BS, and the amount of time they would take. Also on YouTube look for TE videos, he is tech at a Honda dealer . He’s recorded himself doing this TSB on a bunch of Hondas.

I just want to know if im understanding it right, like I put the e85 kit on and plug that into obd2 and so long its pluged in it is adjusting the tune on the fly?

Jogon rear carbon spat for those who’s are interested. It’s definitely an aggressive piece! The dry carbon itself is top notch quality and reuses oem mounting holes which is nice. I’ll post a video shortly on my YouTube. It’s giving me A90 Supra vibes.

if it was me, I think you would need the full Jogon kit to complement everything.

So technically, it was yesterday... but I finally got the stock carbon spoiler on. It was actually way easier than I anticipated. For reference, my car is a 2025.

I took the factory painted spoiler off, and all of the holes were existing. I was surprised because I worked at dealers for almost 9 years, and haven't seen a factory lip spoiler bolted on. Ive put on probably 10 factory carbon lip spoilers over the course of my career, all with double sided tape.

When I removed the carbon spoiler from the box, I found that one of the tabs was broken off completely and another was almost broken off. It also didnt come with whatever clips are supposed to hold it on (almost looks similar to zip ties). I opted to cut all of them off and just use the double sided tape. Cleaned everything up good with denatured alcohol and everything is nice and stuck. I also covered the holes with double sided tape. If it leaks, ill pull it off and fix it.

My only complaint is there was a nasty pain chip/gash in the paint under the factory spoiler, which is now just visible with the carbon one. The carbon one seems slightly more narrow than the painted one. I filled it with regular black paint for now. Once it comes off, ill get some actual touch up paint for it.

Also, inb4 everyone saying the spoiler will fly off. Sure, its possible, but I have not seen that happen once when the surface is prepped properly and the right tape is used. However, if im wrong, ill gladly report back so others dont experience the same mishap.

Next up is carbon mirror cap replacement and probably some lowering springs. I also still have some OEM goodies to install.

Those look great. Poking around, they also have front bumper canards. Ive been looking for some, but couldn't find any. Im going to have to add these too my list of carbon goodies im going to spend too much on.

I found the exact same paint chip/gash in my PRP ‘25 ITS when I installed the Artwork V1. It’s small but noticeable on the driver side. I’ll grab some touch up paint soon for it. Annoying, but at least that’s the only damage that I saw from the OE lip.

Cool! I'm getting the Kuhmo V730's in a few weeks, 275/35, 18". Almost exactly the same outer diameter to my current setup so I'm not expecting any rubbing. Weird that you're having an issue with that. Let us know what you find out.

Yeah I want to get these on a race track too... but I'm going to need to do brakes first. Knowing my level of motivation vs inherent laziness, it's doubtful that will happen before it gets cold and I get these tires off the car.

Also my theory as to the noise has shifted to the rack, potentially. I noticed that when turning the wheel while stationary the rack is far noisier than it used to be. Wider and stickier tires I guess it makes sense- plus apparently the racks on these cars are funky anyway due to the recall and other assorted issues people are reporting. I don't think it's rubbing... it makes no sense for it to rub, honestly, unless no one else on a similar setup has ever turned their steering wheel all the way to the left or right lol.

But I do also still occasionally get the odd "metallic scraping noise" in this thing so who friggin knows.

For the metallic scraping, check the shim slides where the brake pads fit into the calipers on top and bottom. My buddy has an Accord, and those things move and press into the brake rotor. When it first starts doing it, it only does it under cornering loads.

Yes. I powder coated the elbow and inlet pipe with prismatic very red, which is really close to brembo red.
