Oh man, I thought I was bad when I spilled a chocolate shake onto my passenger seat, but you just turned it up to 11!

Baking soda and water in a Bissell steam cleaner is what finally got the chocolate smell out for me.

Now that you have the carpeting out, might be fun to take the time to add a bit of extra butyl and closed cell foam! ?

This is why I have a no food policy in my cars.

I had the center console out already and the milk went straight under the carpet. It was only there for like a day so cleaning was easy (especially with the help of some friends).

I'm going to keep eating in my car though lol honestly this was a good reason to detail everything

Yesss I used a bissel carpet cleaner. It's like new now (kinda haha). I will be putting some kilmat in tonight after work.

I'm considering throwing the seat and shifter back in and taking it to get the warranty work done like this lol

I need to pull my carpet to close cell the floor. They did a decent job with the robotic paste on the floor it looks like from your photo. Thanks for posting.

Finally got around to having the gearbox greasing recall completed.

My OEM alcantara steering wheel was kinked ever so slightly to the left when I did the swap. Had the dealer correct that.

Other than that, I've just be waiting on my Recaro seats to arrive.

So the sound deadening made a HUGE difference. I didn't go that hard with it, but I didn't think I'd care much to be honest. I actually love it. I also have a TSP downpipe with an unresonated Milltek exhaust... so maybe that has something to do with it.

I celebrated getting my car drivable with some chocolate milk
