Lunar Silver Metallic

picked the car up today! I plan on getting some more photos up soon.

Lunar silver is a nice shade and the right amount of metallic flake, imo. It shows the contrast nicely. When I saw the black on the street I felt like it was too thick with metallic. This feels right and I’m happy with the color choice!

no big plans for mods, but will likely do a couple little things like tint, maybe gloss black or carbon fiber mirror caps, etc. I also think I’ll try a chunkier shift knob. It feels kind delicate in my hand although the texture and actual shifting is great.

Yeah now that someone posted delivery pics of Performance Red Pearl just this morning, Lunar Silver is the last color to show up. To my knowledge none have been built yet, let alone delivered.

I didn't forget, and yes that sucks. But there are at least some people who took delivery, and pictures are circulating.

Production date is scheduled for next week. Then the car goes from Marysville (18mi from the dealership) to Chicago, then back to Ohio.

Just as a warning, this is like the 3rd color I have seen as "scheduled for next week." Per my dealer, they only really get 1 week windows from Acura right now and so it's a constant 1 week delay. It sounds like they might not have to rebuild the LCMs next week, so hopefully yours does go into production, just a warning to not get your hopes up as the LCMs can attest to, it's painful.

Tigereye is too flashy, done the black car thing, and LCM is nice but my current car is a gray Mazda 3 so Im done with that.

Lunar Silver has always been a great color. We had it on our ‘16 MDX and loved it. It wore dirt very well. . I’m sure you won’t find many takers for silver on the ITS, so congrats. It looks great. I just picked up my PRP yesterday and got to enjoy a 275 mile drive home with it. I haven’t had a manual car in over 10 years. This is going to be fun.
