Cut me a break plz. I’m old as fuck. First time on forums

my grandkid picked my user name. And I’ve no idea what it means ?

I thanked you because you can’t pay attention to my tone or body language. Since the whole back and forth communication can only be read and I felt like not thanking you was rude. After my time in the army I was left with ptsd with psychotic features. I’ve worked with psychologists over the years and have learned kindness goes a long way towards me not being an aggressive scary asshole.
This is good context, so now you have to cut me a break from the other end of the spectrum. I've been on forums lots. It's highly uncommon for people to double-quote a post and leave a thank you without being sarcastic.

Thank you for your service. Navy vet here.

Replying to someone, telling them thanks and doing so in a sarcastic way is super mean

if you felt like that’s what I did. Please rest easy, I did not attempt to do such a thing. Seems like a jerk thing to do

my thanks were genuine because the information you provided was truly of value to me and I apologize if it was taken as me being rude or sarcastic

army vet, thanks for your service. Projecting our country’s power on the seas ain’t easy at all I’ve heard.

I have a set of Hakka R5's that I will be using in the winter. 255/35/19. I used them on my S4 and My RS5. Hakka's handle AMAZING in the winter. I will pick up a set of wheels to match at Discount Tire.
If you ever want to know if tires will fit try Tire Calculations

To the OP's orignal post. Can you use 265/35/19 instead of 265/30/19 as the stock size. 5mm will change the rolling diameter of the wheel but is a miniscule amount. You will probably notice your speedo off just a tad. With these being FWD you don't have an AWD system to really worry about. But I am brand new to Acura and do not know if these are finicky cars or not.

I recently got a set of Bridgestone potenza race in 265/35/19 for my track wheels, to replace the sport cup 2s I’ve been running track duty for 2 years; I got them because they were old stock and $180 vs $530 new. I was also worried about odometer error with this size, as the math works out to 1 mile of error (under-reported) for every 25 miles traveled. So after 100 miles of travel the odometer will be “missing” 4 miles. However, I just found out that hondata has an option to correct the speedometer, and hence the odometer, from using different sized tires. This is now my excuse and gateway to unlocking ECU and getting hondata

thanks for your service @UWU-mancer and @optronix. Army vet here, 10 years, got out in 2021

You can run 265/35/19 with no issues at all; even if you opt to lower the car.
I'm running the Eibach Sportlines with 20mm spacers. It's close with stock tires but would really like to jump to 35 profile. Do you have these on your setup?

I am on Eibach Sportiness with 15mm spacers all around in the colder months.

Update on ecu unlock and Hondata tire size speedometer/odometer adjustment: everything is working great with the speed adjust option in hondata flashpro software, flashed the ecu and the speedometer is now accurate against my external GPS receiver (10hz) speed reading, so this option is viable for those worried about speedometer/odometer discrepancy using this size tire

Great, you just added another reason why I need a Hondata yesterday, thanks a lot man. The list wasn't long enough. 😆
