Nice! How do you like it? Was it an easy install?
Super easy to install. You basically just pull the piece firmly and it unclips. I couldn’t stand the OEM red trim piece in that location.

It makes the passenger side seating area look enclosed and cramped.

Very cool! I’ve been wanting to replace that piece in my car. I have ebony interior, and I thought the OEM piece would be leather with contrast stitching like the MDX Type S.

Very nice!

Thank you for the photo. Can you also take a picture after a few weeks of brake dust. To be honest I was shocked just how dark and matte the stock shark grey gets after driving the car for a bunch of miles.
you need to upgrade your brake pads...OEM pads do generate a lot of dust..I run Apex brush clear wheels and with the Akebona performance pads/ceramic coating brake dust is a non issue...

Thanks for the tip. I'll keep it in mind but hopefully I can make the brakes last, not keen on swapping parts that are still good, the dust doesn't bother me that much. On my Si I got my front brakes to almost 60,000 miles so if they're gone quickly, I know it's the car not me.

Oh man I want this piece BAD. Did you just message them to get it? I don't have any experience with them but I've seen some of the stuff they've made over the years.

I reached out to him on Instagram. Super cool guy and easy to deal with. He just started working on DE5 interior pieces and I told him what I was looking for. He just so happened to have one completed so I scooped it up.

it’s all reupholstered OEM pieces and the fit and finish is top notch.

Awesome, thank you for posting that. Had no idea anyone was doing that piece.

FYI, looks like the HRC carbon fiber hood is listed on the DreamShop website. $1,454 and have to join a membership, although looks like anyone can do it.

That may be for race team/race license only. It has been on there for a minute

Switched off to the new K-Tuned short shifter kit. It weighs roughly half a pound more than my previous Hybrid Racing setup. Both are great and I wouldn't recommend one over the other. The deciding factor for me was my own quest for a specific shift feel. I couldn't achieve it with the HR but it's pretty close with the K-Tuned due to the higher levels of adjustability.
