What happens to the canards?Recently posted my Wunderladen oil pan baffle install along with a FK8TD ported oil pan, and recently finished the trifecta with a WOT Single Oil cooler. I'm really pleased with the way it came out. The oil cooler Inlet and Outlet vents should let air flow through the oil cooler core really well and feel pretty confident about the oil pressure and temps on track now.

You have to trim/cut it to open up the vent but use the side of it because the fender liner mounts to it in 3 places. What happens to the canards?
So you lose the canards entirely? You have to trim/cut it to open up the vent but use the side of it because the fender liner mounts to it in 3 places.

You just keep the side of it. The area had to be opened up for flow to the cooler since we don't get a 3d printed split flow brake duct like the FL5.So you lose the canards entirely?
Thanks for the info. Do you run courses that carry 100mph+ corners or lift off hills? Curious if it effects your balance...?You just keep the side of it. The area had to be opened up for flow to the cooler since we don't get a 3d printed split flow brake duct like the FL5.
I've been running Buttonwillow in the CW13 configuration. There's a semi 100mph turn but I haven't been able to to carry that much speed through there yet. And no lift off hills, just one hill but it's a braking zone going into it. I'll see soon if I notice any affects from it.Thanks for the info. I like your tow strap mount. I have to mount one up for TT requirement and I'm looking at a similar area. Assuming you went on the underside of the crash beam? Or did you go to the front chassis cross member?
There are quite a bit of GT4 and GT4RS with PCCBs in the US.For the record though, you will not find a mid-engine Porsche with ceramic brakes in the US. The 718 4 bangers are among the absolute best value sports cars available. But last I checked people are catching on and the market is starting to stiffen up. That said, if you can grab a 718 turbo 4 (I'd try to find one with the 2.5 although the non-GTS ones have heating issues on track) for less than $45k or so, I can't think of a better way to spend that money.

No worries! I didn't see any mention specifically about 4 cylinder 718s not having PCCBs. I just saw the sentence you wrote above. Carry onSomeone talking about a 4 cylinder Porsche does not necessarily infer a GT car, but yes, yes. I think we all know what I meant but technically inaccurate.
