Successfully installed black front A-mark without completely removing bumper

Just wanted to let future DIYers who are thinking of tackling this job that it's possible to do without fully removing the front bumper. All I needed to do was remove the push rivets in the engine bay, and then the push rivets and two screws in each front wheel wells. The bumper can then pop out from the radiator support and from under the headlights to gain some clearance from the top. With some fenagling, you can easily get a hand and a screwdriver of your choice to remove the two screws that secure the A mark. Was quite easy - took maybe 30 minutes of futzing around.

Do take note that the six central push rivets on the top of the bumper cover have metal washers sandwiched between the cover and the chassis mounting point. Make sure not to let these fall out (ask me how I know) as they are not secured by anything other than the rivet. I slid them out and pocketed them for safe keeping until reassembly.

I wish I would've seen this earlier. I just did mine this morning, but mine included illumination as well. I found out the hard way that the guide for the 2024 accessory install doesn't cover everything for the 2025. I dunno if they changed the design or the instructions were incomplete... but it was a pain. Knowing what I know now, I could probably do it without removing the bumper.

Yes, but it's a small 2 wire loom that essentially runs in through by the passenger headlight. The entire rest of the kit installs behind the passenger headlight. I actually even cut the hole from the front (the directions tell you to do it from the back, but there's a few other panels and stuff you have to take off to get to it comfortably). I found out after holding the template to the back that it would be very easy to transpose it to the front. It was way easier to cut, and the new emblem fit perfectly. I think the hardest parts would be removing the screws that hold the chrome one on, and zip tying the new emblem wire to the existing harness. The rest was easy.

The turbo/downpipe blanket replace the heat shields. Also, you can’t really mount the heat shields once the blankets are on.

I've got blankets sitting on a shelf waiting for me to make time still... And mountains of gold foil.

I'll take anything to cut down the heat transfer to the intake and surrounding bits. If that takes a custom shield, we'll just have to find a way .

Correct, all of the mounting is covered with the blankets.

Have any of you ever removed/replaced the roof antenna before? If so, any tips for how far I need to take down the headliner to do so?

I haven't done it, but looking at the parts catalogue, there is a bolt with a clamp underneath. My guess is you could probably sneak in there just with pulling the C-pillar covers and possibly B-pillar covers and drop the back portion of the roof liner. It probably won't be super fun, but I'd bet it can be done.
