Hey all,

5000 km in on the 6MT, loving it so far.

As part of all the hype surrounding the Integra, I've been driving a lot of my friends whenever we carpool, and probably gotten more use out of the rear passenger seats in one month than I have in 3 years in my old ILX 😂.

I noticed, however, an issue with the right side rear seatbelt (see pictures), with both the buckles and the leather flap that covers the gap between the seatback and the actual seat.

It looks like it's square on the right seat, which means it covers the actual buckle, meaning either an inaccessible buckle or this weird foldy leather thing I'm not a fan of. Is this just how it is or did something come loose?

Sorry if it's a dumb question, it's just been bugging me for a few days now.

The flap is there to provide access to the Latch system anchor for child car seats. I open that flap up in mine to install my son's car seat.

That makes sense. Mine doesn't go back flush though, which is why I thought it was weird.

Mine doesn't either, it looks a little sloppy. My wife's Lexus NX looks far better in this respect than my Integra.

Ok so I brought this issue to the dealership when I went in to pick something else up, and it turns out this is indeed a poorly installed seatbelt issue. The right passenger + middle seat buckles should not be coming out of that hole, but rather the slit just below it. Tech pulled off the rear seat and untangled the mess that was the buckle, and now it looks good. If anyone else was having this issue, it's an easy fix.

Thanks for this tidbit.
I'll have to check mine out and see about this.

Can't believe it left the factory the way it was prior. QC/QA needs a new manager at Marysville, apparently.

Yeah I thought maybe I did something wrong after delivery, but after seeing the tech fix the issue, it's literally impossible to get it there without removing the seat, so it's definitely a factory problem.
