Planning to change it to a darker shade and then will also do the front in that shade, to see if like it or it's too much.

… make a YouTube account? Upload on a cloud server (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.)I’d like to share my stock dp q300 video and my q300 with resonator replaced by a 3” in and out fluid motor union megaphone. But the files are too large. Any advice? I don’t have a YouTube account.
Ooooh I’ll give iCloud a go. Thnx!… make a YouTube account? Upload on a cloud server (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.)
Update: after much fiddling, I have gotten the system to a volume/drone level that I can tolerate. The downside is that I am more of a fan of higher-pitched harmonics but if you try to quiet down a 4cyl with typical tools (ie not a helmholtz res) you are going to deepen the fundamental frequency of the system. Most people these days actually prefer this, but I do not.Remark SS with burnt tips

You should go find gti Jake (Baun Performance)! He'd probably love to sit down and fab with you. If he could help design a proper sound tuning for this car you'd get much better sound and top tier build quality for roughly the same amount as the typical boxed options on this platform.Update tres:
I just ordered a 3"-4"-3" megaphone from Fluid Motor Union that I'm going to install in the straight section between the second Vibrant resonator and the Remark muffler. Looking to get some turbulence back into the system to spice up the sound quality. Will report back once I have it (takes two ish weeks for them to build).
When you say with front pipe, do you mean a separate aftermarket frontpipe or one that comes with the exhaust?Q300 catback. With front pipe. Deleted the resonator and swapped with fluid motor union megaphone 3” in and out with 5” mid section
first two revs in comfort. Next two in sport. Rest in sport plus

Apologies for not being clearWhen you say with front pipe, do you mean a separate aftermarket frontpipe or one that comes with the exhaust?

Sounds pretty spiffy! If I were in SC I would def consider it (and if this was two weeks ago lol). You should go find gti Jake (Baun Performance)! He'd probably love to sit down and fab with you. I agree! If I had a decent welder in my area that wasn't afraid of valved exhausts and triple tips I would have gone down the experimentation route myself.Sounds pretty spiffy! If I were in SC I would def consider it (and if this was two weeks ago lol).
That said, I think it should be clear by now that I love the process as much as the outcome. I like learning new things and doing them myself as much as possible, and I accept that I'll make mistakes along the way. For me, it's all part of the fun.
