This happened when I disconnected my battery to replace my steering wheel. I just turned the car back off, and turned it back on and all the warning lights went away.
Unfortunately I've gotten in twice afterwards and the service engine light is still on along with rev match failing and emissions failure.

This one may be a long shot but have you changed your air filter, could it just be filthy?
Air filter was changed about 2 months ago and is currently clean.

The P0011 code still present (3x)

yeah, this isn't from a disconnected battery. you wouldn't have the specific persistent code you've got.

Dealership should sort you out. Anything camshaft timing related you don't want to take chances with.

Okay so I get this EXACT issue(based on your symptoms) on my Mustang sometimes.

I'm betting it's the Clutch Position Sensor.

When it trips I get a warning, rev-match and drive modes are disabled, and the car goes into a limp mode and wont rev over like 2k RPM.

Why do you think a camshaft advance error is the same as what you just described?
Because ALL the symptoms are the exact same and I've never seen a cam error also associated with all of those symptoms. The fact he then also got a Cam error doesn't mean its necessarily the cause, but could also be a symptom.

This sounds like the same thing that happened to some owners around here a couple years ago or so (including me): https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/integra-emissions-system-problem.50340/

My car also threw a P0011 error code along with a bunch of errors while going into limp mode. A software update resolved it for me, but others reported various parts being replaced too. I wonder if what you're experiencing is the same thing though.

Edit - Here's a technical service bulletin that may help with resolving your issue (depending on the cause, of course): https://www.urvi.net/forumfiles/SB/B24-026.PDF

Modern cars go into limp mode for a variety of reasons. The "symptoms" listed are all consequences of going into limp mode. Because your stang went limp over its clutch doesn't mean that's the only thing that will trigger it, especially on a completely unrelated car.

Well, I had it towed yesterday down to the dealership. It could be a while until I know what caused it definitively.

Because this is the only Acura dealer in a 2-hour radius they said they might not be able to even diagnose it until wait for it....December 1st.

They also had 0 loaners available until again wait for it...January next year.

I find my foot looking for the clutch driving an automatic now and I don't like it.

Ugh. Acura dealers, man....
Yep...a bit of an oversight on my behalf. I didn't really think it would be an issue but over the 1.5 years I've had my ITS everything is booked out for a minimum of weeks at a time.

Hoping that they'll call me much sooner and say they got it done early. From the service bulletin if it is indeed just a sensor and software reflash it's a 30-40 minute job.

That hasn't happened yet, luckily my wife's SUV has the squishiest brake in the case it does though.

The worst was hopping in yesterday evening, reversing out of the driveway and putting the car in park (I was trying to go into the non existent 1st). Fun times, for sure looked like an idiot.

Got the car back 3 days ago (early Thanksgiving surprise). It was literally just a software update, camshaft sensor was fine.

They did replace my battery due to failing some test, I've never had an issue with it prior and just tested it before bringing it in and it seemed fine.

The only mishap from the dealer was on a test drive they somehow popped the front left tire and had to order a new one. No damage done to the black OEM rims I slap on for winter duty. Nothing else wrong.

Very weird overall.
