I like the paint match more than the carbon look. I'd personally have done a gloss to match the defuser, but the match is definitely better than stock.
Personally, I wouldn't even really drive it under 40. I've had these tires for like 6yrs now and under 35~ the car can sometimes feel like it's on ice until it warms up. I recently ditched them for a performance all season and I feel like I should have done it years ago. Barely notice any change...
I've noticed on the Mustang it does add a little rev hang, but not a lot that I really notice it regularly. It also makes it add more RPM's to resist stalling on an incline even if Hill Assist is off.
I hate Hill Assist so much, I have never stalled a car so much in my life till i turned that...
The fun was in the drama, not the actual speed.
That what some people don't get about why people love manuals. People used to use Manal as an excuse to not get Automatics because it used to be faster, but as autos got better people also noticed another reason to love manuals. It's not actually...
Congrats on the 8 series, hope you enjoy it a long time.
Everyone has their own perferences in characteristics. I daily drive a manual 500HP RWD v8, my previous car was a 440HP AWD V6TT, before that a 185hp 2.5L FWD sedan, a 330HP, v8 RWD, and a 165HP FWD coupe.
If I had to rank my cars the...
This.
Every car I've ever had except for the red Q50 it was mostly guys all over, and the Q only attracted girls for the color, the guys liked that it was a RedSport, the women just liked that it was Red. I do get a lot of women complimenting my Bullitt though for the Green color.
If you want...
I'm more comparing it to other smaller AWD sedans like the Golf R, and M235. To do better than it for the price you either need to modify the R or M235, or step up to a much more pricy S5, RS3, M340. The S4 isn't made anymore, and the new S3 refresh is just about on par with it and has the RS3's...
I feel like the CTR/ITS, S3, GT350 and Raptor Ranger all set a bar for their class that is nearly impossible of the competition to do anything more than either simply meet with their next generations or BARELY surpass to such a small amount that their future price just will make the current gen...
if it's under 40 out the PS4's will be HORRIBLE even if its dry out Under 40 in wet or snow is asking for an accident to happen. I can't speak to the Hakka's as I've never heard of them.
Are those of you with issues on the stock tires? The Michelin PS4S is a Max Summer tire that should NOT be used in snow at all, and I know on my Mustang even just cold weather makes them skate around like on ice.
Its just the rear, and just the door is stick on, the fender part uses clips They would have had to re-mold the rear door for a low production car which would have jacked up the price even more. I am surprised that there is no clips for the door though, they didn't even bother drilling holes to...
For reference you're pointing out imperfection in a a 50-55k car, the average new car price now. When there are 60-70 heck 100K cars that have bigger fitment issues. Like the GT350 known for its rear bumper drooping down from the body, or loaded Tesla Plaid's that have been called "panel...
Because ALL the symptoms are the exact same and I've never seen a cam error also associated with all of those symptoms. The fact he then also got a Cam error doesn't mean its necessarily the cause, but could also be a symptom.
Okay so I get this EXACT issue(based on your symptoms) on my Mustang sometimes.
I'm betting it's the Clutch Position Sensor.
When it trips I get a warning, rev-match and drive modes are disabled, and the car goes into a limp mode and wont rev over like 2k RPM.
I'd probably buy some thinner sound deadening and then trace the rear floor mats and cut it out that shape then put them under the mat so that it goes up under the front seats.
