I saw a hard to get at spot between the bumper cover and the upper cover that was similarly lifting, unfortunately got in a front end accident and when they redid it they did a better job. Ill see if it has bubbles as time goes, but it looks pretty good so far

Tensioner, alternator an ac compressor have bearings that can sound similar...run it for a minute without the belt for that. There's a timing chain tensioner an the cam gears can also make noise when they are going out

Today I went for a drive to Costco, saw tires were low an decided to leave car running while airing the tires. As I got to 35psi the car chirped multiple times.

Under most center consoles its open so it would have gone to the sound proofing first then up if there was enough liquid...usually I just pour water to dilute it an keep the sugars off wires...overall I wouldn't worry to much about it
