So, my fender got repaired around this time last year, and it seemed fine but i just noticed last week when i was detailing my car they didn’t put the type s emblem on the fender. So now I’m tore, do get the emblem back on or just take it off the other side.
Which side you guys prefer?

Dark chrome is where it's at. Depending on the lighting it shows as gunmetal or almost black.

I like the silver emblems. Especially on the black car. Looks cool!

Are these not the same as the standard gloss black ones?
It's hard to tell but it splits the difference between the factory chrome and the gloss black. I don't have the gloss black to compare to but I know for a fact the red on the "S" is brighter on the gloss black but the "Type" on the gloss black blends into the gloss paint.

On the dark chrome badges "Type" contrasts a little more against the dark chrome background. The "S" is also a slightly darker shade. I think they just took the factory chrome badges and spray a tinted clear over it.

My front "A" is factory chrome but the "Type S" badges are all dark chrome.

Neat! I didn't know these were an option and I actually like them better than the gloss black. The gloss black in the grill, especially with black emblem, gets lost really fast from more than 6ft out.

Got it. i have some replacement black emblems coming in today as I botched the rear one. Will be interesting to see if they are gloss black or black chrome.

Yes these are from the MDX but they're the same size. The only place you'll run into trouble is the one for the front grill. The locating pins from the MDX badge does not line up with our locating holes. The solution is to break the pins off and do your best to center the badge (it's not difficult).

I have a thread somewhere in the cosmetics sub forum for the p/n of the rear "A" badge also, nothing for the front "A" badge unfortunately.
