I'm mostly just posting this as a heads up to anyone who is maybe seeing similar behavior. I didn't find much when I tried to search the internet for the starting problem. Also, shoutout to the tech if he sees this. He has an ITS also and might frequent the forum.

About 2 weeks ago I started noticing that my Integra didn't want to crank, intermittently of course. I would hop in, push the clutch and jab the start button, but it wouldn't crank. All the accessories would come on, but the starter wouldn't engage. The first time I thought that maybe I didn't have the clutch in all the way or something, but when I would pump the clutch and try again, I'd get the same thing. I have to push and hold the start button for a second or two before the starter actually engages. When this would happen, I would notice that the car didn't idle up as normal, it just didn't have the same pep, the exhaust note sounded vaguely different, and the burble tune wouldn't activate in sport+, even on a 30+ minute drive. Checking vehicle battery, using different key fob, etc. made no difference. Sometimes turning the car off and back on would resolve the issue, sometimes it would persist. For folks looking for this issue on search engines, I guess I'd call this a start delay on DE5 Integra Type S.
Fast forward to last weekend and I'm driving my family home from church. Casual driving with the wife and kids, so nothing spirited, the car throws an exhaust warning, lane departure system failure, adaptive cruise failure, check engine light, and brake system light. All the codes and lights persist and/or reappear after clearing and letting the car sit in timeout for a while to think about what it's done. Temperature normal.
I get it to the dealer the next morning and the call I get from the tech says that I have a pretty serious leak in the coolant reservoir and they're pretty sure that's caused all the issues. Their explanation is that low coolant basically makes the ECU really angry and it spits out lots of codes. That none of those codes would indicate "low coolant" doesn't make sense to me, but I'm not a certified mechanic or car manufacturer. My feeling is that if the coolant had leaked into some sensors or something, that would make more sense, but I'd like those sensors replace, too, you know?
They've ordered the part and will let me know when it's ready for me to pick up. I will update the thread in a few days to see if the issue has actually resolved.
