Thank you very much. I’ll put them on in a few weeks and will snap some pics.

I really love the look of our stock wheels, but have just never been a dark/black wheel guy. While the stocks are off the car for the Chicago winter (which never really materialized), I took the opportunity to have them painted. Looking forward to putting these on soon!

Those look really great! I was planning to do the same when I need new tires. Were they powder coated? What is the color name and powder brand? Cost??

You can get matching center caps from AliExpress, they're like $8 shipped for a set.

Thank you. They’re just painted a basic “wheel silver” color. Didn’t want to overthink it. $160/each. They look perfect.

Looks dam good...another added benefit a chance to put a thicker coat of "clear" than cheap ass Acura...OEM wheels are chipmasters...

Here’s a pic of painted silver stock wheels.

Very nice!

Thank you for the photo. Can you also take a picture after a few weeks of brake dust. To be honest I was shocked just how dark and matte the stock shark grey gets after driving the car for a bunch of miles.

By bunch of miles do you mean 10? ?

I kid, but the dust is pretty strong on these pads all around. They stop okay though.

A bunch only because I don't know how many. For me I knew about the higher than average brake dust but it was like boiling a frog, you don't really notice it day to day then you accidentally brush against it, you quickly come to realize "OMG, that's what they're supposed to look like!"

Yeah they stop well from cold and they're modestly tolerant of high heat. That just guarantees they're going to dust a ton unless you move to cc.

I like the bright silver wheels, but I also wonder how well they'll hide dust. The stock color should have been called "brake dust grey".
