Yep. I agree.I see this thread, I start considering modding my car.
I see this video, I forget that shit and start saving for a dedicated track car.
Nice, the dealer is predicting mine will arrive this Monday/Tues. Got it setup to have the windows tinted and XPEL PPF (front bumper, partial hood, front fenders, and mirrors) all at the dealership. What brand of ceramic coating are you getting? I had it done on my Tubdra and was disappointed with the performance/protection for the cost I paid. But I didnt know much about it back then, so partially my fault.Got the ceramic tint done but waiting to post pics until I get the paint correction & ceramic coating done Monday. Still waiting for a new rear black emblem to get the "see through" effect. Waiting on Apex forged wheels & Artwork Bodyshop stuff to arrive (Sept/Oct). I think springtime is when I will start to do all the bolt ons & jailbreak the ecu - should have Flashpro support by then for sure.
I just keep uhhh, responsibly redlining the shit out of it in the meantime. ?
Very much looking forward to seeing your progress, Bobby. I'm living vicariously through you and your LCM ITS in my LCM A-Spec (no shame) and really cised to see those Art Work pieces on your ride!Got the ceramic tint done but waiting to post pics until I get the paint correction & ceramic coating done Monday. Hard not to redline this car. I do like the red flashing gauge as you approach redline. However, the rev hang is most apparent at higher revs so I am more motivated to reflash now that I am past the break in period.Got the ceramic tint done but waiting to post pics until I get the paint correction & ceramic coating done Monday. Right on! Which dealer are you going through again? I'm too picky so I took mine to my trusty tint guy - he's exceptional with windshields & their electronics. Premier Tint in Ballwin. I'm taking it to Detail 360 in St Peters for the coating. I still haven't decided on PPF yet, but I think I need to due to the wider wheels.Nice, the dealer is predicting mine will arrive this Monday/Tues. No shame at all! I live vicariously also through others on here. You have a lot of awesome tech info that I need to learn & Integra23 is carrying the torch!! I alllllmost picked up an LCM A-spec, but held on to my truck a little while longer is all.Very much looking forward to seeing your progress, Bobby. Very cool! Good to know. The rev hand is pretty crazy, you're right. I haven't even turned off Rev match yet to see the difference - just being so busy.Hard not to redline this car. Waiting for a new PRL intercooler before I do my black front emblem. But after watching a video by Honda Pro Jason, I am intrigued by the Overland Designs alcantara interior stuff. When I reached out to them, they said the DE5 versions are in the works.
mungenast (St. Louis Acura) , I seen a couple of the tint jobs and PPF they had the companies do. All looked really good. Nice thing is , it will not leave the dealership. The companies come there to do all the work. The only other items Im adding at the moment is the splash guards and all weather mats/cargo. I was either going to find an over lay or get the center console wrapped. I currently canβt stand the gloss black in my A-spec.Right on! Which dealer are you going through again? I think they actually use Premier - I'd have to ask to be sure, but he's very close to them.
