Talk to me about wiring stuff regarding airbag lights, seat position sensors and the like? Did you do anything there or are you just ignoring the light?

Right now I just have installed with airbag lights.

Threre is a workaround to clear the lights, which I will be getting around to in the summer. For driver side its just a 2.2 Resistor plugged into the factory harness, for passeneger side its a bit more complicated as it uses weight sensors. Will need to custom make a rail which can house the factory weight sensors and house between the bottom base and PCI rails. This should clear the Air bag lights.

For the driver side: in case you still get the SRS light from using the 2.2 ohm resistor to defeat the side airbag, you might also have to plug in the seat belt buckle wire and also the seat position sensor. I plugged both of those in along with my SRS delete wire and I don’t have the SRS light on

Is it a pain to get the seat position sensor off of the seat rail?

no, not a pain to take off seat position sensor. It’s 2 x 10 mm bolts, one to take the bracket off from seat (helps to unclip/move aside the big side trim piece that has the seat adjustment buttons, that’s the side the sensor is on), then the other bolt that attaches sensor to bracket. The pain is that the sensor wire is attached to the big ass bundle of all the electric wires for the seat. I had to cut the bundle that snakes into the seat (unreachable connectors, for the lumbar and seat back tilt). I bought another extra whole seat wiring harness ($100) to cut up specifically just for this application, will re-splice old cut up harness and attach to stock seat. Will keep you updated on that

Hey, thanks for this. I'm not sure I have the desire to go all the way down this road.

I think this might be one of the last oem accessories. OEM Pattern Projector LED. I don’t plan on getting the type s valve stem caps ?. I did order the red LED’s that the civic type r uses for the interior lights for the ITS, will post pics when I install those.

Sorry for the crap pic, but it’s day time and raining. I’ll try to take better evening pics. Install was actually fairly straight forward and only took around an hour to do both sides.

Over the last month I installed the siri moto quick bleeders, brake lines and and new brake fluid.

I went with Motul 700. Why? Because I have some in my garage for my motorcycle and get it cheap.

But...what abou.... shhhh!

I don't care if it requires more changes due to water absortion than a standard brake fluid, hence the sirimoto quick bleeds.?

The brake lines are nice and look good too if you can see them. The feel in the brake pedal was not night n day to me but there was improvement.

I could feel better engagement but I felt like a teen driver with no finess hitting the brake. The ebc pads had a tad more bite on initial brake imput to my liking.

Rather than be an adult and adjust my imputs, I changed my front pads to Spoon.

With the pads, I am trying the 45022-fk8-000. They feel nice so far....better than the EBC yellow....which have a good 1st bite but I want a linear feel with brakes.

I feel the spoons give that better than the ebc. The ebc yellow is a good pad, I am just chasing feel.

I have a sirimoto clutch slave line to install still. I will get to it when I can.

Only pic I have right now of anything, I will get the lines later maybe..... probably not tho. ?

First oil change at the dealership, steering recall, and Rsplitters aero installed this weekend. Super happy with how it looks. Only took pictures of the front but splitters installed all around. Had to remove this little aero piece on the inside of the front bumper but guess people remove it when installing aftermarket intercoolers... a bit more incentive to upgrade that ;)

I'm curious if rocks and debris will get trapped between the lip and the bumper. How was the shipping? I was quoted $400
