I was team fl5 but I can't lie, I might be team type s now. This car looks really good.

So the type S will be getting:

Better Speakers
Better NVH
Acura Badge
Powered/Heated Leatherette Seats with Memory Settings
Parking Sensors
Moonroof?

And will be losing:

Bucket Type Front Seats
Fancy Red Interior lol
Honda LogR
Aero Parts
Overall Performance
"Type R" Badge

I think the type r has parking sensors but I agree with you overall. I was trying to get a type r but after seeing the crazy markups and the lack of features that the type r doesn't have compared to the type s, I decided to pursue the type s. All I was waiting on was more pictures and man this car (type s) looks so good right now.

There is no moon roof on this car.
It’s going to be VERY similar to the CTR without the wing and a more streetable suspension. 48k

Interesting that they had to redesign the roof for the Type S.

"Overall Performance" Is that because it is losing the red? We dont know anything about the performance yet as far as I am aware.

Because it will be heavier and less "performance oriented."
Honda/Acura have said multiple times that the R is for ultimate track performance and the Type S is less extreme version that's better for daily driving.

If it came without parking sensors I'd be on the wait list.

There is no moon roof on this car.
Is that confirmed? It seems like it'd be kind of a waste of money for Honda to build a whole new roof just for the Type S rather than reusing the existing one.

I'm definitely out. I was never really going to be in unless it had AWD, but with the CTR exhaust and no way to put on a trailer hitch, it's confirmed. I'll just have to soldier on with my non Type S and no car payment.

Life is hard. ;)

No moon roof. They did it to stiff up the chassis.
