I’ve seen Pepo tune an MHI Stage 2 to 500. As my usual lately, I’ll let the pro’s who have had personal experience with these speak for themselves lol Pardon my non-cropping, this is just in my personal ITS photo vault for future reference & poor memory:
Now if you have points stashed with Two Step Performance & use them when there’s a sale, that significantly reduces the price. I got my TIP for $400 ($100 off) using my points around Black Friday. I have more points to use when the intake launches, but there won’t be a sale on that obviously...
It does look straight up beautiful though, I’ll give them that. Humza from Unity Performance chimed in on his experience on the FK8 as well, which I’ll share a screenshot of since everyone can benefit from his experience. Different platform of course, but as we know very similar. I’m sure it...
I’m just gonna go PRL HVI. It’ll fit plus Derek mentioned today the Eventuri numbers appeared to fall flat over 450hp & that could interfere with how much you could squeeze out of a turbo upgrade.
Just picked mine up today & put them in! Question - when you say “drill” the plastic lens of the footwell lights do you mean with a small 1/8” drill bit or larger light 1/4”?
We have a secondary gravel driveway that I usually park on or drive down to park inside the shop. It happens occasionally & they always falls out. I’ve read where a couple have used a screwdriver or something to poke them out.

You can pop them out whenever you want. A friend of mine gets these for all of his vehicles & been using for years. That other 1% of the time you can just pop it back in.
I’m not sure exactly since it’s covered by the blanket also. I think the only way to install it is to wrap the down pipe before bolting on. And it was still kind of a pain.
Well, that’s good. Glad it worked out to your liking. Rear motor mount is roughly 20ish minutes, piece of cake. Rigid collars are definitely more of a pain, but if a lift is accessible it speeds it up a ton. Without a lift I can absolutely see 3-4 hours.
I think the only car I can think of to scratch this itch for me is a GTR. But no manual ? or NSX - but no back seats. And it’s gonna be a good handful of years before either are in the budget. ?
Damn, 3-4 hours?! I was hearing that most shops have been able to do front & rear around 1.5 hours, which is why I was just going to have someone else do it. But at $100-150/hr labor at 3-4 hours I might have to conjure up some motivation. Lol problem is a tranny jack comes in really handy for...
