Not true. All dealers are different. Have to inquire with each one directly & see what they say.

Plus you won’t have to worry if they over tightened the filter when you go to perform the next one yourself. I’ve had some super bad experiences with that in the past. I heard the factory drain bolt was magnetic also but when I did my first drain I didn’t see anything stuck to the bolt at all...

One good thing about Apex is you can exchange a damaged wheel & get a full replacement for 50% off the standard price. At least it’s a “better than nothing option”. Oh, & it helps if they’re actually in stock when you need one. @ZeroGSR ?

☝?☝?☝? he’s very right. If you want to make getting under the car more convenient, then build a set of ramps or pick some up. The under shield is a little annoying, sure, but not as bad as folks make it out to be.

Sent mine in around the same mileage. Need to another change very soon. I’m just below 10k. I did not use the extractor. I simply put the bottle under the oil while draining when it was about halfway through. This next time I will at least warm the car up slightly before sampling.

I keep it wired & iPhone 11 & 13 basic models have not had a single issue. Wireless has always been an intermittent issue with me. Although it’s annoying when my phone is on vibrate & for some reason still rings loud AF through the speakers. ??‍♂️ Didn’t do that on my last coupe vehicles.

Yeah, I’m not sure but it seems like people have more issues with android auto and you think it would be easier since there’s so many more options with that platform in general. It’s definitely superior in that regard.

I have my phone (but it’s iPhone) always plugged in to the usb & never have issues. I’ve never even tried wireless to be honest. I wish there was still a cd player too. ?
