I just went through the full turbo install instructions this morning. Went NOPE, gonna find a shop for this one! Good luck! You doing fuel system at the same time? Might as well just pull the whole engine man, you will already have most of the engine bay out at that point!

That has the install instructions, note they do NOT have a FL5 kit yet and this requires replacement of one of the charge pipes. The FL5 charge pipes are larger so it's not a direct swap...
The other reason is vendors can put in for allotments and it's likely those will be filled prior to any public orders. TSP have 100 intakes coming that likely will be before any PRL website orders. Not sure if other vendors were given the same benefit. It also explains why when new drops come...
I know it sucks, but worst case, they can always just have you send it to the coater and have it coated. So at least there won't be any production delays.
When it first dropped I asked PRL that question, they told me no, the intake interface is part of the inlet kit, not the intake kit. They told me NOT to buy the inlet until the HVI version was out. I asked if I could just buy the adapter later and didn't get a response. Looking at photos, I am...
I got it through TSP. https://www.twostepperformance.com/products/2023-honda-civic-type-r-fl5-titanium-turbocharger-inlet-pipe-kit
That's the full kit, you just need the adapter though right?
Because I know a few of you already have the PRL TI inlet and are waiting on the HVI. The new HVI compatible inlets are shipping. I just ordered one from TSP. So you might want to reach out to PRL to see about getting the adapter. I asked PRL how to order it and they didn't really answer me...
We might both be right :) Apparently they changed it to an add on option for the 1.5T. Maybe the same for FL5?
Looks like it's pulling from the fender well, so should work on our car and no bumper removal, just wheel well.
Update: Confirmed, the scoop is included for the 2.0T, don't have...
Are you thinking of the 1.5T maybe? Looks like they removed it from there, but the latest I have heard from Derek/TSP is that it still has the secondary feed which is likely required for 450whp+. It's the one thing preventing me from spending far too much on the Eventuri so I hope it's still there!
Does anyone know how/where the PRL intake secondary feed is routed? The GruppeM requires removing a portion of the bumper to install, something to think about for those that are going to do the PRL charge pipes also, might want to do both at the same time.
Yeah, it's massive. That said, no idea if it will fit on NA market cars with our crash bar. When I had my bumper off, I think I would have noticed that much free space! Might need to swap in a Euro beam, or it might require some extensive cutting to get it in there. Fine with the PRL but am...
Yeah, was wondering if the new cold side elbow makes up for the smaller ID of the PRL. Probably doesn't matter, just trying to maximize gains before doing a turbo swap.
