Yes! I set it up a few years ago but I couldn't get a decent list of PIDs to track enough to make it worthwhile. I know they are there, because Hondata App and others can pull some of the data, but I haven't found a PID list that reliably works for this car. If anyone finds any that would be great.
They dont continue leaking, they lose air during the run, then will hold it for months. It's bizarre but clearly the new knurling makes a big difference.
I am just going to move to Bridgestones, won't run Michellins again.
That's not the case as I had the same issue when the rears were on the front. It's definitely the Michellins unsealing from the rim which is a known problem for the original knurling on the Apex when used with Michellins.
So good news first, still no clicking after a heavy/fast AutoX session. Bad news is as assumed, the OG Apex are losing air under heavy load. All OG except RF = newer knurling.
How it started:
How its going:
Mine had 1 not seal on initial mounting, remounting fixed it. All 4 hold air for months no problem. But after an AutoX my front tires end up lower psi than rear, so worried they are breaking seal under heavy loading. (Cold before 35/32 after 30/32).
For tomorrow I have one OG Apex and one New...
Have a big autocross tomorrow, will see if it can survive that, it's what really made the noise louder for me.
Also, I have one new Apex rim up front and one old, interested to see if one has issues holding air over the other. I have noticed some psi drop in the front during events, and...
Just wanted to bump this and see if the noise has come back for anyone? I thought you all were crazy but decided to apply some anti seize upfront just to see. And damn if it didn't get rid of the noise.... Granted I also did a thorough clean out and rotated tires.
Sorry to sidetrack a bit, but semi-related. Anyone noticing air loss on their front Apexs? I know there are known concerns with the OEM tire seal. I have noticed at 2 seperate Auto-X events my front tires will have dropped 2-3 psi cold pressure afterward. Rear are fine. No air loss under any...
I am on Apex as well and I have been getting non-stop clicking since my Auto-X on Saturday and it's driving me crazy. It's now on low speed left and right turns, as well as very, very faint when going straight. A few quick stops seem to help for a bit, then it comes back. So it might just be...
Anyone still hearing this after getting the steering recall done? I have had the same noise as everyone else recently, but so far it's gone post recall (although likely a coincidence).
I had a few joints get ruined due to shop over torquing during spring install (ugggh) so I assumed it was...
Yes, it's a very easy swap. My old red one is at Overland hopefully getting wrapped soon. I also did the armrest, headrests, and door panels all from the black ITS. I personally like it a lot better, still plenty of red, but not quite as much.
Only thing to note, PRL requires the front bumper removed, HPS does not. That said, swapping the support for the HPS is its own pain, otherwise it was an easy install.
It really depends on use case. They are both amazing cars in their own way, but other than being Hondas they don't have a ton of anything else in common. The ITS destroys the S2000 as a daily driver and is IMO one of the ultimate do everything cars. The S2000 was my idea of the pinnacle of...
As a previous audiophile, I try to stay away from anything with the Bose name on it. Nothing against them, but it's not my taste. I think the ELS system is perfectly fine, like others I could use a subwoofer upgrade, but it's "good enough" for me. It's much better than the B&O system in my last...
Evasive said they haven't tried to fit it, so the assumption is it will NOT work. Just looking at location, I don't think it will without major modifications, in which case probably better to just fab your own.
I haven't installed it yet, waiting on my acuity shift collar to arrive to install both at once.

It's pretty easy to pop off, just do so and wrap or paint it. I painted mine black for now. It's a relatively cheap part if you want to experiment with a spare instead. Also, you can order the FL5 steering wheel trim piece to get rid of the polished metal on the steering wheel. I was thinking of...
