  1. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

I know, right? Haha. I think the tune will completely change the dynamics, not just because of the power bump, but the driveability with the rev hang reduction, improved traction control and reduced lag. I'm PUMPED. The car already is so satisfying to drive... And it's going to get better?!
  2. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

PRL intake hoses just came in and I had to install them! Already have a K&N panel filter. Don't talk to me about filtration efficiency - I accept the risk (which is negligible, IMHO). Can definitely hear a bit more wooshing under load but without the loud diverter valve flutter you get with true...
  3. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

My Overland Designs extended height shift boot came in. I think it looks great!
  4. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Overland Designs extended length red alcantara shift boot came in today, to match with my extended height shifter via Acuity. I love the splash of color.
  5. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

So I didn't bother waiting another day, and swapped back to the OE detent spring. I much prefer it.
  6. DSC Sport Suspension Module for our cars!

I ran tractive coilovers on my M2cs! (no DSC module though) That delay is concerning... They probably didn't get the reception they hoped for :(
  7. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

Potentially, but as it doesn't do what others had said it would (mitigate the lateral freeplay), there's no reason for me to test that configuration out. I'll run this for a couple days before deciding.
  8. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Installed the Hybrid Racing lateral hd detent spring (didn't install the longitudinal one) and I don't think I like it. The fluidity of the 3-2 downshift is gone as it requires a more deliberate lateral pressure to overcome the stronger spring. Already I've had a couple 3-2 downshifts get...
  9. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

Does acuity make detent springs for our cars? I thought theirs were for an earlier generation?
  10. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

One thing I should add for anyone going to do this job is the detent ball bearing on the end of the spring is not retained in the mechanism. In my case it fell out as soon as I removed the spring. Thankfully it caught on one of the transmission casting flanges rather than falling to the ground...
  11. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

I doubt it, but even if there were, the spring rate was considerably higher than the OE spring, so even after "settling" it will likely still be considerably higher than OE.
  12. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

Just installed the lateral hd detent spring and I don't think I like it. The fluidity of the 3-2 downshift is gone as it requires a more deliberate lateral pressure to overcome the stronger spring. Already I've had a couple 3-2 downshifts get rejected in-between the 2 and 4 gates. Probably gonna...
  13. DSC Sport Suspension Module for our cars!

Most factory units do a very small portion of what these do. The programmability is definitely nice, but seriously, the out of the box tuning is revolutionary compared to OE control units. On the C7 and porsche platforms, it feels as if not more meaningful than expensive coilovers.
  14. DSC Sport Suspension Module for our cars!

Have you ever driven a car that has one? It's really mind blowing. The unit uses g forces and other input signals (steering angle, throttle position, etc) to factor into the damping in realtime. When you're driving over bumps casually, it knows to soften up the damping to soak them up, and then...
  15. Which Acuity parts needed to just remove lateral slop on shifter?

I used to run MTL religiously in my old S13 240sx with good results. But, as you say, it tended to be a bit more sensitive to cold weather than the OE fluid due to its higher viscosity. But when warm, it shifted sweet. So far, I'm happy enough with the Honda fluid.
