Yeah they look amazing! I think my current plan is to watch the used market for these or the stock copper wheels, and if no luck/good deals i may wait for next black friday for another apex sale. How much was the discount when you bought them? They have raised prices recently as well

The discount was 20% and free shipping when I got them. I wasn't aware that the price had increased, but not surprised to hear it. I have never seen the stock copper wheels in person, but from the pictures they look real good too IMO. I hope you come across some sort of a deal. I think Apex has sales at times other than Black Friday.

Just found out these are finished being made and have shipped. I gotta say i'm pretty darn excited to see how these look mounted up. I will of course post pics up after they get ceramic coated and mounted. Going on an ABP ITS if you couldn't guess. 19x9.5 +53

I don't know how I feel about this...

The fitment looks acceptable... the color is ok... the design though? I'd need more sample size but based off this pic alone I'm not really feeling it. It's like the car is too modern-looking to pull off these wheels, which looked stripped right off an E30.

But I don't hate it either, which is to say I might like it under different light (proverbially speaking but yes also Tiger Eye looks quite different based on the lighting so that may factor in as well).

Could be worse though, and props for being different. What I or anyone on a forum says doesn't matter anyway as long as you like it.

I was set on 19" since I thought 18" would look too small but now I'm not so sure - these look almost too big in some angles.

Anybody have an Apex VS5-RS they can sell me? Prepping for track next week and found out I have a bent rim. Freaking A! Need 19 x 9.5, +45, Anthracite finish.

I'm the second owner of the rims, so Apex said, too bad so sad, order a new one.

I am going to try to have a wheel repair guy look at it.

Funny thing is I bent it last November, and even with it on the front, I can't feel that it's bent, at least up to 70 mph.
