It's likely powdercoat so the best you can do is try to get close with some off the shelf touchup paint in the closest color you can find, or be prepared to mix a couple colors to get close. Wheel repair companies will usually custom mix paint to get a close match and airbrush it on for a clean repair.
Consider yourself lucky it wasn't the copper wheels. I scraped one a month into ownership and it's been shipped off to the factory in Ohio for like 2 months almost now.
Luckily have the OEM black wheels wrapped in winters so it wasn't a huge hassle but I've never parked near another curb if I can help it since then...and also don't trust the backup camera lines at all.
I used Honda touch-up pen 08703-NH797M-ES to touch up a nick on of the spokes on this one. Color match is great. Painter should keep his day job ?. I believe the color is Modern Steel Metallic.
Confirming that Honda touch up paint NH797M (08703-NH797M-ES) is a good match. It is not specified for wheel touch up paint and it is not exact but it is very close. I got mine from a Honda dealer for about $19.
Note: Honda dealer is also a good place to buy oil filters. P/N 15400-RTA-003. In my case I got it for $9.36, less thaN at NAPA.
