Maybe quality control eased after the first couple thousand cars? I have build number 1,265. I guess that’s a relatively early build.
How would you find your build number? Just kind of curious where mine would fall in the big scheme of things.

It'd the last 4 or 5 numbers of your VIN. In my case "01265."

2024 model year ITS - I've got some buzzes, rattles, and creaks that vary depending on temperature.

In colder temps: buzzing from passenger side and around the infotainment screen at certain RPMs.

In warmer temps: Creaking from front driver's side while making harder turns or when going over larger bumps at slow speeds (such as when I go over the rain gutter at the end of my driveway as I leave in the morning).

The creaking at low speeds is likely body flex I assume. I have similar noises when I back out of the driveway, or am angling into driveways/parking lots, etc. One of My rear wheels comes off the ground all the time due to the stiffness in the body in these super low speed situations.

Yeah, I think you're right. I just hope the creaking isn't something that would be a concern longer-term though. I let the dealership know when my car was in for service and they didn't find anything wrong with suspension, etc. so I'm assuming it's just a quirk for now.

I think it's the spring perch. My car always creaks from the perches when raising and lowering side to side to work on it. I don't notice it driving over bumps (yet), but I'm also not surprised to hear the noise considering the stiffness of the factory spring and travel the dampener allows.

Does anybody have a rattle from what looks like the microphone grill (next to the sunglasses holder) on the overhead console? Mine is physically loose and buzzes at 4500-5500rpm.

The rattles and buzzing don't bother me too much, but when my family and friends ride in the car it's a little embarrassing for being a new "luxury" Sportscar lol.
Yeah I have something buzzing up there sometimes. Sometimes it's the plastic housing behind the rear view mirror.

As for the sunglass holder, I usually push around that area and that seems to take care of it 6x out of 10.

I also notice a lot less rattles when it's colder for some reason. I would've thought expansion from heat would lessen the noise.

Yes. It's super annoying. You can pop the plastic cover down and put some foam under there and it should help.

I had a rattle at 2200 rpm that ended up being the housing on the passenger side A-pillar. Got fixed when I had the car in for the sticky steering recall.

What kind of foam do you use?
Just some leftover upholstery foam that I got off Amazon that I had used to beef up. my couch cushions. I think any soft foam would work. I'm planning on lining the inside of the plastic housing with some adhesive felt and then using the foam to make it even more vibration proof because even with the foam it still buzzes a little.... I should also mention that I had to have my windscreen replaced due to a rock chip and I didn't notice this buzzing until after that happened so replacing the screen might have contributed to this.

Not to hijack this thread but how much did your windshield replacement run by the way? I picked up a teeny tiny divot from a drive out in the rural areas around where I live. I'm keeping an eye out on it to make sure it doesn't develop into a crack but it sure as hell got me wishing I had ppf'd the windshield along with the rest of the car.

Im curious what he says as well...

The dealer tried to sell me on windshield insurance crap and quoted me a typical acura windshield repair at $2800.

I called malarkey on them, so I texted a guy who runs a glass shop in my area. The oem windshield is 1250$ to him and aftermarket ones run $1k (not safelite garbage glass, but oem equivalent). Labor to install with mirror and camera reinstall was 300...so about 1550$ plus tax. Far cry from dealer cost. Honestly, pretty cheap compared to other cars I've had done, especially considering it's "premium" glass because of the hud and road camera.

That's good to know, thanks! I did the same thing with the plastic cover behind the rear view mirror which was even worse. I didn't know you could remove just the grill, I thought the hole console had to come out but and I'm afraid of messing up the headliner.

Just to confirm though, I attached a picture and circles the grill I'm referring too. I can literally move it around with my finger lol.

I'm referring to the plastic cover that is above the the rear view mirror and is covering the back of the lane keep assist camera. It has a couple small horizontal vents on it in the center.

I had my windshield replaced at the dealership where I purchased the car. It was covered by my insurance. Crazy story, I had a dealership in NYC give me a quote for the replacement and that is what the insurance wrote me a check for. But I took my car to a dealership in the Midwest and it cost $1000 cheaper. So I pocketed $1000 from the whole ordeal.
