Stock tire pressure - anyone follow it?

For normal.street use, I would just put them within your normal range and forget about it. In routine street use, you will not notice the difference caused by ambient temp change or driving. A seasonal adjustment from summer to winter temps is normal, but otherwise I don't believe there is any benefit in micro-managing it.

Agreed, I just keep in range. We have a large ambient temp swing where I live.

Heat/track definitely produces different results. At the track, on Conti Extreme contact 02's, 275/30 19's, good temp is 46-47 psi front and 40-42 psi rear. At least for me at VIR. The front tires roll over on the sidewall with lower pressure. It also seems to stabilize the rear under heavy braking.

I think I'll be switching to 18's with 200 TW tires before my next trip. Keep the 19's for daily.

Especially with springs. I'm telling you, I noticed it immediately my first run during an autocross and it was horrible. Since installing the lower ball joints it has been a night and day difference, and the car is wholly and truly more fun to drive in all conditions. Turn in is insane.

What pressures are people running with the A-Spec 6MT and aftermarket wheels? I just purchased 18x8.5 with 245-40R18's?. Any recs on pressures for street use?

I second this. Camber if your friend in this scenario. Most 200TW have much stiffer sidewalls than performance summers which allows you to run lower pressures.

On track, my cold pressure is typically high 20s which rises to mid 30s on hot laps.

Yes, most street cars need considerably more negative camber than stock for best handling. While not a direct comparison, my E46 M3 did great with -3.0 up front, performance street tires at 38 psi. Interestingly, comparing both stock, the ITS is more neutral and with sharper turn-in than the M3.

Whiteline works, they're just ~$70 more expensive. I went with EVS. Same concept, there's 3 settings; stock, -1, -2. I put mine in the most aggressive setting, which equated to -3.5 degrees in the front, and the rear is at ~-2.5 natively after the springs install. I haven't been on a race track yet, but I love how the car is dialed in for street and autocross use.

I'm also still on the OEM PS4S. I will move to RT660s eventually, but honestly probably not until next season. I can't wait, because even with the PS4S I feel like I cannot run out of grip on the street, and it feels pretty good for autocross (but I do overdrive the tires sometimes and know I'd be much faster with better tires).

Awesome, thank you! I will check them out now. I think I've read -2.75 to -3 is a good amount for the front, for track use. Finally going to get some 18's and do the tire upgrade. The Apex wheels will be my "pretty" wheels.
