Looking to get some help getting my car running right. Bought car with the PRL HVI and inlet and then I installed a downpipe, PRL intercooler and charge pipe kit and then unlocked with Hondata and a base jester tune put on all at once.

Took car out and got a data log and then stopped to get gas, stared car again and drove about a mile and threw these codes. Talked to jester and did a boost leak test and retightened everything and checked all plugs etc and everything seems good. Got a cat-less down pipe originally and just threw a catted DP in yesterday and retightened everything etc and triple checked and still the same story.

Car will go any distance any driving style once codes are cleared, every second start after about a mile it throws the same codes.

anyone have any ideas?

Only with 10k miles? I think I can datalog the sensors to see if they are reading correctly
I dunno man. It’s where I would start

U can also wait for the other fellas here to kick in their two cents. They might be more UWU about shit but they aren’t as UWU as me

Is s. 02v is stuck flat? If so the secondary o2 sensor is likely bad. The sensor wires or harness clips/pins could have been damaged during dp install.Or - do you still have the sensor spacer on from the catless dp?

Looks like a new sensor is $200 on dream shop.

I do still have the defouler on from the cat-less DP (same codes were being thrown on both DP)

I strongly believe something is wrong with the sensor.

And which defouler are you running?

I can't see it obviously, but shouldn't need the defouler installed on the catted dp. Could be restrictive. If that doesn't change it, def vote bad sensor or damaged wiring.

downstream 02 you think is issue? I’ll order a new one.

it’s just the L shaped on that comes with the Downpipe from extreme online store (have a relationship with them from a bunch of my c7 stuff and no ones really used the here so I figured I’d run it and then do a write up for them)

Try no defouler before ordering, worth a shot.

Once out clear codes & drive, p2196 will come back on 2nd drive if the sensor is bad.

You have to disable the secondary O2 sensor using ktuner or hondata. This has to be done with any aftermarket downpipe, regardless if it's catted, defoulers don't work. The only downpipe that doesn't throw a code eventually is the tsp high efficiency model.

My rv6 dp has never thrown a code from install or through the past 6k miles. TSP and Rv6 use the same cat, though.

Beat me to it. The gesi equipped downpipes don’t need to have emissions tampered with in the ecu.

I do assume you’d want to tune for them? Only because I also assume having the turbo spool a little quicker would set off a cel?
