they didn't do a good job on weave layout of their first batch of the front lip when I preorder it. Tried to ask for a replacement but they said they are backordered and will take awhile to fulfill a replacement. Wasn't too happy and was only offered very little partial credit.

Lightly sand with wet thousand grit and spray with satin clear. That's a pretty substantial imperfection in your first photo... They should send you another piece.
I keep staring at the spot at every stop light so I'll give that a shot rather than play the lottery with another replacement. It's going to be a pain taking off with the 3M tape I put on there.

What a pain. Maybe there getting so busy their quality is suffering. I have the Dash pieces and they are fine.

Satin can be a bit tricky. I would also recommend picking up some 1500 and 2500 grit for final finishing if you really want to make it perfect.

Good luck!

Hi we are so sorry about that. Cuz our factory is relocating recently, product post-processing such as painting is temporarily handed over to other factories, which leads to some minor problems in the surface treatment.

The reason of these small spots is the post-processing factory we cooperate with may not have dried the product's surface enough.

After our factory is relocated and stabilized at the middle of July, these problems will not occur. Also we will improve our QC.
Sorry again for the inconvenience that caused to you.

The piano black trim around the shifter was already getting scratched up after a year so I decided to give the Jogon carbon parts a try.

No issues with marking of “green edges”. So it looks like they got their quality control straightened out. The fit around the controls is spot on, the outside edges around the cupholders is not quite flush if you run your finger underneath, but not something anybody is going to noticed.

This made the dash trim look rather blah, so I then sprung for the the dash trim.

Again, no flaws in the finish. I lined it up around the vents and controls and everything else lined up well. The inner edges by the steering wheel stand out from the OEM trim piece when you run your finger behind it,, but nothing you can see. Looks much better than OEM.

Looks great. I have never had a issue with any of the parts they offer and anyone that has I saw they were taken care of. In fact I like the quality so much that I am going to try out there Carbon intake as I don't see anyone that has purchased one.
