Is my 2026 DE5 complaining when I come to a stop?

I get a quick squeak/squeal(?) when I come to a stop on my 2026 DE5. I don’t think it’s coming from the brakes because it doesn’t happen when I apply the brakes to slow down, not even when hard braking when on track. It’s as if the whole platform squeaks/squeals a bit when I stop at a light. Any thoughts?

Go in reverse. Punch it then slam the brakes. Always works for me

I notice this too especially after a car wash. It's more of a squeal. For me its intermittent and does it more when its cold. Maybe its how the brake pads makes contact when the rotots?

If you have a rock stuck between the rotor and the rotor shield, this can be an effective method of dislodging it.

It's quite common to get one stuck in there on these cars (leading to squealing at low speeds).

I get a sound after a touchless wash too. When I hand wash it doesn’t happen though but when using a touchless auto wash it does

I think I need to drive maybe 3-4 miles and (with the windows up) I no longer hear that squeal. Definitely comes from my front rotors/calipers/pads area.
