The button at the top left of the right side of the steering wheel is the "master control" switch. If it's off, you can't use cruise control. It needs to be on to engage cruise control. You'll see a white icon in your dash, along with a little Integra image, if the master switch is on. When cruise control is set, the icon will be green.

To set the the cruise control at whatever speed you're going (it's disabled below 25mph on a manual, not sure about CVT) press either the +RES or -SET button. These will set the speed if you don't have one yet. If a speed is already set, +RES will reset your speed to that speed, or -SET will set it to your current speed. While cruise control is active, you can press +RES and -SET to increase or decrease your speed. In a manual, you can also push the clutch in and shift gears (although I'm not sure whether it cancels cruise control if you hold the clutch in too long). To cancel cruise control, you can either: hit the cancel button on the wheel, hit the cruise control "master switch", or tap your brakes.

If you have adaptive cruise enabled, the car will slow down and speed up to match the following distance you have set (again, for a manual it will disable cruise control once it reaches below 25mph).

To switch between adaptive cruise control and regular cruise control, hold down the following distance (bottom left of right side of steering wheel) button.

Lane keep assist (button on bottom right of right side of steering wheel) will help keep you centered in your lane and can be used independent of cruise control. Keep in mind that if it doesn't detect road markings it will stop working until it recognizes them. The icon will be green if it's active and white if it is not. Depending on your settings (like how I have mine) your car might not warn you when it disengages, so make sure you are paying attention when using lane keep assist.

Adding to this: if the vehicle ahead goes faster than the set speed of adaptive cruise, the car will stop accelerating at the set speed.
