Imo, most cleaners will work well. What you need is several your choice of microfibers, shop towels, paper towels etc. Streaking typically occurs because the towel you're using gets gunk built up and not truly clean anymore. For a windshield I would use 2-3 microfibers to get it clean.

Also the newspaper trick works super well. Nobody really has newspapers anymore tho…

I think that the drying cloth is more important than the cleaning agent. I use Windex and water. Most microfiber towels are not great on glass, unless you get one of the specific types mentioned above. I generally use one of my rags from old cotton tee shirts. Some cotton weaves will leave lint, so you just have to test it. The newspaper trick works well too.

The cleaner won't matter, I'm also old school & use old newspaper. If not a clean microfiber that had not been exposed to dryer sheets. I buy them in bulk & have a pack dedicated to windows. I use them, wash them, & then they get used for other stuff. If they're really old, oil rags.

Hands down; Bilt Hamber Traceless.
I love, own, and use a lot of Gyeon products, but Traceless diluted correctly per directions and it just works flawlessly on glass.

Thanks for the recommendation! I may try that as well. Been using Gyeon glass, interior, quick detailer, and their microfiber towels.

Also, your M3 is sweet!
