i've run it for a while. nothing risky about it just do your research. all it takes is the flex sensor, a tune, and a few bolt-ons to get the most out of it. ethanol has a lot benefits and i'd say the biggest con is the gas mileage as you're using 30%ish more fuel. makes a lot of smiles tho.

first thing i'd check is the connector to the accelerator pedal. unplug it and check the pins are corroded or bent for some reason. then reseat it well. second i'd check fuses. from there it's getting down and dirty with a voltmeter. maybe you could just clear the code and see if it comes...
