Instead of the gloss black badge pack we get, I opted to try something different because I really like the gray/gunmetal with blue combo and I wanted to break up the blue + gloss black up a bit.

It's really hard to capture the subtle difference on camera but I think it's a fantastic alternative to our factory chrome and dark, gloss black, especially on these deeper colored cars. Gloss black works great with gray, silver, white, and TEP but I feel black chrome works best on all the other colors.

I only have the "Type S" badges and haven't cross-referenced the "A Spec" badges from the MDX but I'm fairly certain they are the same dimensions for both models . The rear "A" logo from the RDX is the same and should fit across all Integra trims.

@bpebler I know you wanted some better pictures but this is the best I can do until the sun eventually comes out lol.

Looks amazing brother! I wonder if there's an option for the front as well - that would be a sweet compliment! Maybe one of the other models is the same size that could be retrofitted.

These are clean. I'm low-key jealous and wish I had known about these before I got the gloss black.

Granted the gloss black still look pretty good on my PWP but I think these look better from afar since the detail is less washed out.

The issue is that a lot of the models have radar built into the front logo and all the newer models without radar built in didn't have a "dark chrome" option. I may need to look at much older models.

Worst case scenario, we can hit it with some dark chrome paint. In essence, these dark chrome badges are just the regular chrome badges with a smoke tinted clear coat on top.

Looks good! Haven't done the rear "A" black chrome yet since I couldn't find a matching front "A" black chrome that fits. As you mention, worsts come to worst we can always paint it but I read they tend to fade overtime.

Totally doing this. Wasn’t aware of the black chrome. Black chrome in my opinion is the best looking. Pumped for this thanks!

All, wanted to get back and update this thread.

I was at the dealership yesterday and walked the lot taking measurements. NONE of the cars on the lot had front "A" logos that matched our Integras. This included current gen cars and previous gen ILX and TLX. The front looks to be unique to the Integra.

That's a shame. Does the front badge on the rest of the Acura line house radar?

I ended up going the illuminated "A" for mine when I swapped everything over to gloss black. I figured, since I was already taking the bumper off, might as well! Sometimes I do think it gets washed out in the grill though but at night it looks awesome.

Yes most of them have radar or are the wrong size. In the TLX's case there's even a camera in the front logo. I measured front and rear for every car I could find on the lot and none of them match up, sadly.

Personally I prefer the bright chrome "A" logo but I understand some might want a full matching set.

I may be experimenting with with available paints and clears in the future to try and match the factory dark chrome. It's a much more economical approach vs buying a set a of badges for like $200.
