Aftermarket radio not working

Hey everyone I have a aftermarket radio that doesn’t work like it used to it’s a boss ВсР82 whenever I shift gears it dies or ig when I build rpms, also turns on at random times but when I’m parked it’s works perfectly fine. This all started when I build the confidence to drive my 95 LS integra for the first time by myself on the streets. Could that be from be driving bad and I ruined the radio? Also how do I take the radio out it’s stuck in so I can’t pull it out to see I seen tutorials on how to take out a radio on an 95 integra and it just stuck in their, feels like I’m missing a screw to pull out but nope everything is out so idk? I’m also new to getting into cars so I don’t know to much.
