Bought a white demo model today for sticker plus 7500 for basically every accessory, no heated steering wheel but I have the alacantra steering wheel instead.
I tried to buy a golf r from the VW dealership in downtown in December, and the guy refused to even confirm details about the car and the price until I was in the showroom, I told him I'm serious and I don't want to waste my time coming 45 in traffic from the suburbs. These Chicago dealers are...
LOL this dealer I talking to claims no "ADM" but instead is charging 4k for the rims and who knows how much they are upcharging for the rest of the accessories, but with every accessory the list price they have is 61k before tax title registration. Ridiculous
I sat in the CTR seats both passenger and as a driver, and I was passenger while the driver was on back roads pushing 8/10. The bolstering is amazing I will admit. For track driving and backroads you want the CTR seats. But at 6'1 foot and almost 200 pounds the seats feel quite constricting in...
I drove a friends FL5 this weekend back to back with a new 2023 civic si, I can confidently say the handling on the type r on backroads was immense. Great driving car not although the clutch, as with modern cars, is lackluster. It still definitely makes me excited for my type S. Also me being a...
Yea in your situation a m240i is a better buy honestly, I live in a low traffic area and have plenty of back roads to drive on which is why I really enjoy my current manual and want to keep on as my daily.
For me personally it makes sense. As its my one car solution, and I live in a cold snowy state, so I really cant even consider things like a manual supra or a Nissan Z. At the end of the day if you dont care for the manual driving experience, then yes this car is not worth it.
Yea i agree, i have a deposit one one, and as much as this price sucks, im not sure what every one was thinking, there was no way this car was gonna be only 3-4k over a type R, realisitically even with its "lack of options" i bet the extra parts that are on the ITS cost Honda more than...
yea the accord shifter is super unimpressive, it just fit the need at the time. I did put in a the whole acuity shifter mod suite in except for the shifter cable bushings and it made the shifter a lot better. No where near a SI shifter or even CTR shifter tho.
your right, its not that luxurious, and those extra features that you mentioned are the reason im even choosing this over an FL5. It might not be a ton more features but for a similar price point as the FL5 it makes it worth it for me in that sense. Im also coming from an accord sport so it...
and if this drives as good as the CTR, it'll be a great handling car. The Gr corolla is abysmal in terms of interior quality that seriously makes me decide against it at near 45-50k for a circuit edition, the AWD is great but im not sure it's for me. The golf R is the perfect car theoretically...
yea it might not be worth 50k ish but then again this entire segment of cars are basically 50k rn for GR corollas, Golf Rs, CTR. In that way I think it could be worth it, as this offers more than a CTR in terms of a bit more luxury
Do y'all think paying 5k ADM for the ITS is a silly idea, I have a dealer that says they have 4 cars coming in for sure and are asking 5k ADM no dealer packages or other dealer fees.
I am actually worried about this now. I had the same sentiment but having a type S in a special color seems like it's meant to be. However I do have to drive this as my only car so I am considering maybe just going the white pearl route.
Hey y'all new here, I just put a deposit down with a dealer who claims to have a guaranteed allocation. I choose the tiger eye pearl with black interior, as I had concerns about keeping orchid interior clean. TEP is a bold choice but it had to be done it looks stunning on other type S models. Im...
