  1. List of Honest Acura Dealerships For Type S (MSRP vs Markup List -- Integra Type S)

Hinshaw sucks. I contacted them first, they’re my closest dealer. I wouldn’t buy anything from them. Carter Acura in Lynwood would have been a much better choice. They’re MSRP only. No ADM or BS like all the rest of the Acura dealers in the area. Mike
  2. Integra Type S Insurance Quotes?

I had my insurance quote me on a CTR and it was less than expected. I’m assuming the ITS will be roughly the same premium for 6 months. Mike
  3. Acura Demo Integra Type-S?

My dealer hasn’t confirmed exactly when their ITS demo will be ready/available. But, I’m heading up to my dealer on the 20th so the lady can check out the Integra in person…she hasn’t seen one yet. If the demo happens to be available, that would be a really nice bonus! Mike
  4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe for the 200 Preordered Cars

^^^^ Nope, I don’t think so. You just get to be happy you get your ITS before anyone else. Mike
  5. Text from dealer saying my Integra Type-S is ready to be shipped

Same with Ford and GM. Mike
  6. Best Dealership to Buy Accessories From

^^^^ There was a picture of one of the Type S prototypes with a heated steering wheel. It’s posted somewhere on the forum. But, I don’t think it had perforated leather. Mike
  7. List of Honest Acura Dealerships For Type S (MSRP vs Markup List -- Integra Type S)

  8. Update: 2024 Integra Type S Media First Look Walkarounds Released! Driving Reviews Coming June 19

That's precisely how I like to tune the suspension on my street/track cars. It worked amazingly well on my STi's suspension making it a joy to drive around a race track and on the street. Mike
  9. Update: 2024 Integra Type S Media First Look Walkarounds Released! Driving Reviews Coming June 19

^^^^ They claimed that they re-tuned the ITS for more mid-range torque.....but, yes, I'm concerned with the overall characteristics of the engine performance and I hope the top-end performance hasn't been compromised. I'm looking forward to hearing the driving impressions. Mike
  10. Update: 2024 Integra Type S Media First Look Walkarounds Released! Driving Reviews Coming June 19

^^^^ I hear you....I've burn't my hand too but, I just have to get it, lol Mike
  11. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

^^^^^ I'd be much more concerned with bore scoring than IMS.....luckily, when my 911's engine was torn apart due to a very rare valve spring failure it was free from any bore scoring issues. Mike
  12. Update: 2024 Integra Type S Media First Look Walkarounds Released! Driving Reviews Coming June 19

^^^^^ I'm definitely getting the Titanium shift knob. Mike
  13. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

My question isn’t about speed and power. I know the CTR is quick on the track. I’m just hoping the K20C1 has character and is engaging and fun to drive and run through the RPM’s unlike most of the modern 4 cylinder turbocharged engines which are heavy on low end torque and don’t have any life in...
  14. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

I’m sure it pulls strong. It should. But, how does it feel while running it through the RPM’s? I’m more concerned with the characteristics and dynamics of the power delivery than the power itself. Basically, I’m hoping it’s an engaging engine and not boring to drive like so many low-end...
  15. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

How’s the power delivery on the FL5? Does the engine and turbo build power through the RPM’s (similar to the Si / A-Spec Tech) or is all the power delivered down low and tapper off in the upper RPM’s? Mike
  16. Canada ordering

That’s the reality with the current interest rates. Mike
  17. Introducing the 2024 Acura Integra Type S! On Sale in June

It’s better in person but reminds me of grey poupon mustard. I’m on the fence about the color myself but, my better half said hell no, lol Mike
  18. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

    Amen brother! Mike
  19. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

Would you be totally offended if I typically finance with zero down for 72-84 months and pay off my loans in 12-24 months? Mike
  20. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

Agreed. Car prices are outrageous. Doesn't matter which brand you're shopping. Be very very selective with your future 911 purchase. Definitely get a PPI from a highly respected dealer/independent before making your decision. Mike
