Yeah, itās insane! Iām well over 800 too with similar income and Iāve been quoted the same rates through Acura.
Credit Union rates vary from region to region. Because of this, it makes it difficult to compare from one person to another. The best rates Iāve seen recently are in Hawaii via...
I hear you.
The funny part is I truly will not use any of the $681 forced accessories. Total waste of money for me. Iāll go with TuxMats and I hate wheel locks with a passion (itās a service department thing).
The $681 is immaterial. Itās all principle.
Mike
I know. Iām crazy.
However, Iām patient and my principles are firm.
I work for a dealership that sells their vehicles for true MSRP. No markups, no additional fees, no forced accessories and zero BS. And, we followed our principles all the way through the pandemic, even when our...
Absolutely! I donāt regret it for a moment. I donāt care about being the āfirst kid on the blockā with the ānewā hot hatch performance vehicle. Iām perfectly fine with waiting for the car and I certainly do not want to take part in paying for the hype (even if the hype is only costing me...
Yeah, because folks think they are MSRP!
I wonder how that list will become affected once the word gets out regarding the $3K mandatory accessories is more commonly known?
I was originally #1 on their ITS list...
Mike
I have no experience with the ITS but, most new vehicles will shut off automatically after 30 minutes of idle without input. You may be able to adjust but, Iām not sure.
Mike
Yep. I passed when it was MSRP plus $681 Carter Protection Package (mats, liner, wheel locks). They werenāt interested in removing those items from the deal or throwing those items in for free.
To be clear, Iām ONLY interested in purchasing the ITS (or any other vehicle) for ātrueā MSRP...
Availability and ordering (options and features) are dealer dependent, for sure. And yes, options really start adding up quick on these cars making them expensive. The issue with ordering right now (and why my local Cadillac dealer canāt guarantee me a 24 manual) is because GM is prioritizing...
I pretty much agree with Teggy24 regarding his review of the CT4-V BW. Although, I didnāt experience any issues with the shifter and really like the Tremec in general (though the ITS does have the better shifter overall). The optional steering wheel is fantastic. I personally think the BW at...
Thatās a professional dealer. Taking your trade now and giving you the loaner while you wait for your ITS is simply a smart business practice.
Congrats!
Mike
True. Good points.
The Red carpet is a bit much but, I'll have most of the carpet covered with Lux Mats so it won't be so offensive.
And, I forgot to mention my dislike for the spoiler....
But, as mentioned earlier, I can accept these compromises, assuming I can make MSRP a reality.
Mike
The dealer Iām in contact with is $5K over MSRP on the CTR. However, Iām attempting to utilize my contact there (one of the owners) to persuade them to sell me one of their 2024 allocations at MSRP. They havenāt told me ānoā. But, I have the feeling they want to wait until January before...
This is borderline for me. Yes, youāre buying the vehicle for MSRP but, they wonāt sell it for MSRP āunlessā you buy additional equipment. That to me, is an add-on. Something I will not pay.
My dealer is MSRP, plus $681 (all weather mats, cargo liner & wheel locks). I wonāt pay the $681 on...
