  1. Early Integra Type S Test Drives.

    ^^^^ I’m financing for 10 years @ 19.99%. Don’t hate me bro. Mike
  2. Has it been confirmed anywhere that the Type S will or will not be built at the PMC?

I’m very interested in the quality comparison between the CTR and ITS long term. Mike
  3. Acura Demo Integra Type-S?

^^^^ There’s a picture floating around showing a heated steering wheel in a prototype Type S. I’m assuming it’ll either be a factory accessory option for the Type S or you can just install the A-Spec heated steering wheel in the Type S. Mike
  4. Introducing the 2024 Acura Integra Type S! On Sale in June

I want to buy my ITS with $0 down, $10K markup, all the factory accessories, all the back-end and warranty products the dealer throws at me.....and I'm gonna finance for 120 months @ 19.98%......but, damn, I don't think they'll let me.... Mike
  5. Introducing the 2024 Acura Integra Type S! On Sale in June

The original Integra Type-R had a 90,000 RPM redline, lol. I don't remember that. ;) Mike
  6. Introducing the 2024 Acura Integra Type S! On Sale in June

Not true....especially if you have a child or elderly folks that need to ride in the vehicle from time to time. Mike
  7. Acura Demo Integra Type-S?

    ^^^^ Absolutely! Mike
  8. Introducing the 2024 Acura Integra Type S! On Sale in June

^^^^^ I don't believe the ITS will sit on lots for MSRP. They may sit on lots at $5-10K over MSRP. Mike
  9. 2024 Acura Integra Type S Preordering Officially Begins!

^^^^^ I had a similar experience running my WRX STi. It was extremely fast (especially with my setup) and I was incredibly confident and consistent. I logged my fastest lap times in that car. However, it was routine and I began to get bored of it after a couple years. That’s when I sold...
  10. type of gas

^^^^ I used to mix 91 octane with Toluene to create a high octane fuel (when I lived in CA). However, Toluene is difficult to acquire these days depending on your state. Plus, it’s significantly more expensive than it use to be. Mike
  11. Paint, fit and finish.....an issue?

^^^^ That's definitely concerning. I'll be looking forward to hearing from the guys that begin taking delivery. Mike
  12. 2024 Acura Integra Type S Preordering Officially Begins!

    ^^^^ Tempting…but for $3K difference, I’d go ITS. Mike
  13. 2024 Acura Integra Type S Preordering Officially Begins!

Man…I really would have been tempted with the CTR at MSRP. Mike
  14. type of gas

I have a hard time leaving things stock. Hell, I even Turbocharged my N/A diesel tractor, lol! Makes 45% more power! :D I’ve added Water/Meth injection to so many FI’d vehicles at this point, it just seems right. I’ll use 90% distilled water and 10% Meth (I’m really only after the octane...
  15. type of gas

^^^^ Just be forewarned, don't expect crazy HP/TQ improvements with my particular Water/Meth setup. I typically tune the Water/Meth as an octane supplement (much cheaper than race gas) for use with lower octane fuels and not for total power. I've done this for several of my street/track...
  16. type of gas

    I'll be using 87 octane......once I have the Water/Meth system installed Mike
  17. So....who managed to order a Type S?

^^^^ The CTR’s recorded time was impressive but, for comparison sake, were all those vehicles running a special Michelin sport cup 2 (r compound) tire with special tuning and several deleted features, like A/C for example? I would have preferred Honda run the standard CTR rather than some...
  18. So....who managed to order a Type S?

^^^^ Unimpressive results which could be from many factors but, the CTR should be capable of mid 13’s @ 106. Interesting for sure…. Mike
  19. I made a deal!

^^^^ That’s actually the same timeframe I would prefer to purchase. This is a ā€˜want’ not a ā€˜need’. However, if my allocation comes in sooner, so be it. But, like you, I would prefer to wait a little. Mike
  20. So....who managed to order a Type S?

^^^^ So, it sounds like that dealer will be marking up all other Type S allocations. Sad. Mike
