It just supplements the OEM injectors. Implementation would vary based on how you tune. The guys in the video just leveraged the port injection for fuel needs beyond OEM at wide-open throttle.
Yep. And, the install here seems less involved. Assuming it proves to be reliable (re: performance of the split second controller, etc.), this could be a really great development.

Looks like they made a split second controller compatible with the Radium kit. Cool to see someone try this direction. I'm not sure if the benefits...
I found the included mini usb cable didn't fit when the module is installed in the car (too much pressure against the bracket and not enough clearance when installed in the car). I picked up a right-angle USB cable, and it works great.
FYI: Perhaps this was referenced in the tutorials, but if...
I've had two horrific rattles that sounded as if they were coming from the dash.
One was the gauge cluster cover, and the other was from this piece of HVAC ducting:
My controller is set to arrive today. I'll be testing it out on stock settings first, but I'm curious...
Is it okay to configure the module while it's connected to the vehicle? (Assuming the car is off?)
It would be nice to leave the USB cable connected so you can just tune quickly with a...
Nothing to apologize for! I would be among the first to recommend a different car if stereo / acoustics and comfort are a priority. I definitely understand the comment.
It was not a priority for me... just a fun project. (And, actually, the sound quality was a side-effect; I was more interested in being able to have a conversation with people in the back while on the highway.) I started with the hatch, as it's the source or a TON of road noise, is easily...
For acoustic treatment, including a fair bit of discarded material (d/t trial & error w. cutting, etc.):

I'm running stock suspension, 285/30 PS4Ss, a s 19x10.5 et 48, and I have room to spare.
@optronix I believe the guy running 315s on the FL5 was running a 30 profile tire on an 18" wheel. I had checked that setup a couple times when doing research for my fitment.
Finally took some measurements. Note this is after:
(I) replacing the stock woofer with the RF 8" unit;
(II) treating the sub cabinet (killmat inside and outside / polyfill inside / aggfoam outside);
(III) treating the doors, hatch, and the entirety of the cabin with killmat and aggfoam;
(IV)...
I much prefer having the option of an "analog" or physical solution (i.e. not reliant on a sensor and calibration) for things like this... that said, couldn't hurt to have both 🤣
