Did you remove the whole front bumper for the install of the Front A mark badge?
It’s crazy bro. I gotta take my shit to a freaking Honda performance shop just to rest easy cuz I know they at least know what they’re doing and will treat my property with respect.I got a survey from acura today about acura service. Answered it as accurately as I could. Their service leaves much to be desired and the dealer experience is poor enough to ruin trust quickly. They asked what else I'd like to see from a technology/data standpoint and I mentioned I'd love to see the same thing I can get from lotus, which is average rpm, max rpm, and throttle position data from during the service. If an 05 lotus can give me this, then a 2024 acura should be able to... Big dreams... I know
Last time I dropped my car off at the dealer, they revved it to 2.5k+ just to get it moving. Haven't been back since.
Yeah, when I complained about rattles to acura they argued with me, gaslighted me, and ultimately claimed they couldn't find them. Even the very audible/tactile steering wheel click that I diagnosed and solved myself they claimed they didn't notice. I took them on a drive and the service manager acknowledged it, but they still couldn't find it. I could deal with this, but I can't deal with them overlooking deep brown brake fluid on a brand new carIt’s crazy bro. not saying all dealerships are bad but holy shit it ain’t easy finding a great one unless we are talking luxury brands. And even then those could be hit or miss too, I’m not certain.
the Audi dealership I take the wife’s car to is golden at least.
Bro Audi noticed my blind spot monitoring was sending false positives (I didn’t notice tbh) and they asked if I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer so they could do a thing to some module to fix it. They apologized profusely. Service manager asked the in dealership barista to make me an espresso. And they gave me the oil change at 50 percent offYeah, when I complained about rattles to acura they argued with me, gaslighted me, and ultimately claimed they couldn't find them. Meanwhile I complained about a light hatch rattle in the X7 and before I left the dealer one tech was in the hatch and another driving going in search of poor roads. They even took the kid's carseats out and put them back in CORRECTLY without me asking.
