The megaphone I got was the longer fatter one. The 353

Slows the pulses way way more bro. But research both. See which U prefer more

i4’s sound like…. Not good. Volume doesn’t help its case. Texture can tho
Perfect, that's what I was looking for, appreciate the input!

Oh btw. I think those things are made to order? Took about a week to get a tracking number. Just so U know.
Apparently my Unity Performance posts struck a chord 😄, yeah, I have been following them for a bit now and I know they are a small outfit, a week is better than 4 months. I'm not ready to put the exhaust on yet anyway. Might get it cerakoted first and make the tips Black, can't handle that rainbow ish. Might also wait until I get that TSP downpipe. I'm just getting things ready for the car.

Thanks for the heads up!

Hi John,

Here's the full timeline so everyone can see what happened.

Your order came in just before 1AM on May 8th — Paragon rotors with Redstuff pads, later switched to Hawk. When we opened at 11AM that same morning, I emailed you about the ShipTection insurance that was removed at checkout. We send that email on every higher-value order. Free Standard Shipping doesn't carry full coverage and won't cover post-delivery incidents like theft, so we need it in writing that the customer either wants it added back or is comfortable proceeding without it. An order waiting on that answer can't move until we have it.

That email went out on day one and didn't get a reply from you. Simply due to how busy it is already we didn't send a second follow-up to get your response sooner, and we should have — that part I own. It sat that way until you emailed us on August 14th, three months and one week later.

At that point I pulled up both orders — brakes in one, the TSP downpipe in the other — and re-sent both emails to bring them back to the top of your inbox. You replied with your selection and we processed the brakes order right away: pads swapped and shipped first, then the Paragon rotors went out. Paragon was late getting us tracking, which is why the rotors arrived before the shipping notification did.

Either side could have moved this along sooner. On ours, we're adding a monthly round-up of open orders so nothing can sit unanswered again, and bringing on a third full-time person when we find the right fit

You've been a good customer and I'd like to keep it that way - forum banter isn't necessary. If anything is still outstanding, email me directly and I'll take care of it.

Best,

Humza

Not sure if chasing every little thing I say on here is making things better, however, just to put this to bed, I had made a few orders, including a few others on a different email address. I ordered about 5-6 items prior these 2 big orders. Not once was a confirmation needed for those other orders. Maybe I missed it, mostly because I don't care to research your website, but I never needed to "confirm" anything before, so making a couple bigger purchases, I still didn't think I needed to confirm anything. I get a lot of emails from you guys, so naturally, I ignore the influx of messages. I order something, I just expect it to come to me. This is one of the only businesses that I have ever dealt with something like your shipping protection, are you sure?, confirmation BS and needing to confirm the order.

In your defense, I might have been to hasty with the messages sent on here, but that last round of emails and receiving the pads and still nothing else on the brakes got me wound up a bit. Gonna be honest, ordering from the source in the future would be easier than dealing with a middle man, at least I can get real time updates. Prior to this, you guys have been great, I know its a bit backhanded, but I can handle a couple hundred bucks, but if I drop a few thousand and I don't get my expectation, I gotta rethink a few things.

l happened to mention you in my last post in passing, this will be the last thing that I say about this, I will not respond to you again about this matter, unless it's in PM.

"Best",

John
