This thread serves a dual purpose.

The first is that I’m finally getting around to installing & genuinely curious for those that have this sway bar, what settings you have yours on for your preferences?

The second is just to have a single, consolidated thread regarding this topic, as it will likely be a popular product that can be collaborated on with feedback on street/track use.

Edit: not meaning to exclude anyone, but this thread should pertain to Type S models only with an adjustable rear sway bar, as it may source some confusion. It would be a good idea to start a separate thread for non Type S models and non-adjustable sway bars.

Same here. Still a good handful of parts collecting dust with more on the way. ? I don’t have a turbo ordered yet like you do tho! ?

I plan on doing this with the rigid collars & a few other minor things.

Sounds like a good feeling! I should probably bite on the other RV6 rear camber parts & summer tires before doing much else.

I just installed my eibach rear sway bar and there are only 2 settings. It said the furthest aka softest setting is better for the rain. It rains a lot where I’m at so I went with that

I posed the question on the general RV6 thread too, but was curious if anyone had experienced increased noise (i. e clunking) after installing the sway bar. A local shop warned me that most people complain about the clunking noises after a few weeks because the nuts to the endlinks loosen once things settle. Thoughts/feedback?

Also, do you guys feel that upgraded camber/control arms are requisite for the sway bar?

The noise actually doesn't bother me one bit, can barely ever tell anyway. Sometimes it's reminiscent of a gravel sound, but not loud in volume.

Arms not entirely necessary, unless you want a taller/wider/both tire and/or want a little more - camber. That's why I went with the arms.

One of the endlink nuts came loose after installing the eibach rear sway too, and it was clunking over bumps and stuff, particularly around slow turns with bumps. Was able to get it tightened back up and so far so good, even after a couple track days. was thinking about some loctite and will probably throw some on there if it comes loose again.

I have been running middle setting. It definitely a stiffer ride. The rv6 links seem to be in a bind when I installed them. Not much wiggle to them
